The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to a little mini market and maybe a 5 minute walk to Myeondong street.
The room itself was very spacious and clean with a huge restroom. I especially loved the little “mud room” before entering the main room. For the price point, this was well worth it.
There were a few negatives, but the main was that the entrance to the hotel were stairs. With a stroller and luggages, it made it a bit more difficult. Minor negatives were the elevator was smaller than the typical elevator and the tv didn’t turn on.

The location is good. It's within walking distance from Seoul Tower. It's convenient to go everywhere. The room is large and the facilities are OK. You need to ask for cleaning, but it's good after that. It would be better if breakfast could be provided.

The towels were clean. The sheets and pillowcases were clean as well. The bathroom was also clean. It was unfortunate that the handle of the hair dryer was sticky (not dirt, but deterioration of the rubber part?). The slope in front of the building was not a big deal. Access is not bad either. The nearby coin laundry seemed a little dirty. We went after a heavy snowfall, so we brought thick clothes, but the room was very hot. The floor heating on the upper floors was warm. It was fine even if we slept with the window open a few centimeters. The front desk didn't say more than necessary, but they lent us an umbrella. It was as expected.

The hotel is in need of upgrading its bathroom with shower screen that is not provded resulting in a wet floor. Do note the location is near Hoehyeong station on an uphill path, challenging for seniors.
