Very beautiful. The atrium is very beautiful and luxurious. The living room is also spacious and is just the right size for a few people to hang out together. It's also quiet and safe. The scenery is beautiful and you will feel elegant. This is my first time using solid shampoo and conditioner, but they are of very good quality. The staff are also very kind. The bar had a wide selection of spirits, especially the ********* whisky. A very good hotel to enjoy Gangnam. There were a lot of young local women in the ba*****t spa. Cigarettes are not allowed inside the building.

Best hotel with the best location in gangnam , staffs are kind and polite and speaks good english. Helped me to call a cab to go to Coex and Maris restaurant staffs very polite . Room is .big enough for one person like me.Had foreign channels like netflix and youtube premium and other channels . Breakfast was good . Coffee was good . Got all i needed in the room and first hotel i stayed that had mini bar. I will definetely stay here again😎

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and spoke very good English, which made everything very easy. I was just staying for the weekend for a concert and it was great for just an overnight stay getaway. This may just be a personal thing, but there were no USB ports only plug ports. I had forgotten one of my adapters at home thinking it should be fine, but actually need to go out and buy one, but there is plenty of cafés and convenient stores around the area and it was able to meet all my needs

This was my first time in Korea, so I was nervous when I chose it, but it was so beautiful and I'm so glad ⭕️ There is a wine outlet shop on the first floor. I was very happy to find the wine I was looking for. They helped me pack it so I could take it home in my suitcase, which was very helpful. YouTube doesn't connect properly and the battery in the remote control eventually runs out? However, when I called him, he came over many times and was very helpful. I received three 500ml bottles of water a day. Paper paper cannot be flushed down the toilet. Also, I felt that the walls were a little thin, but earplugs were provided and I had no problems at all. To be forced to say, the negative points were that it had a city view and only had a shower, but we didn't place any particular importance on those aspects, so we were very impressed with how clean it was at this price. thank you very much.

I stayed at the FP Sheraton Gangnam several times, but writing a review for the first time. First off, the staff was very friendly and accommodating- they upgraded my mother's room to a suite; provided a small welcome package; and assisted my parents with transportation to the airport. The room was also very clean and big. The view from the room was awesome and the beds were very clean and plush. As for the location, FP is walking distance from Garosugil and Apgujung-two of the most posh neighborhoods in Gangnam with great resturants, nightlife, and shopping.

The hotel is located in the business district, the location is better, the rooms are very small, the hotel with the same price near the subway station entrance is much larger. Fully booked a hotel on Ctrip more than two months in advance. The price was 100 yuan more than the actual price at the time of actual check-in. People have said that they will not book on Ctrip in the future. The hotel room was poorly soundproofed, imaginable awkward. Downstairs is a nightclub, which is noisy. The front desk of the hotel needs more than a dozen steps, and there is no elevator to go directly.

The bathroom is relatively small, and the opening and closing of the door is a bit cramped; there are no sockets near the desk, making it inconvenient to use a computer; and there is no power switch near the bedside... In addition, the double room booked by Ctrip only has the option of no breakfast and two breakfasts, which the business dog said is amazing; Breakfast is a set meal provided by the restaurant, and the staple food is freshly prepared. This is my second time using it this year. I was an attendant for a family member's cosmetic surgery! There are many orthopedic surgeons around. It seemed like it was under construction last time, but now that it's finished, it's beautiful! In terms of access, you only have to leave Apgujeong Station and walk straight down the main street for about 10 minutes, so it's easy to find. There are convenience stores, Starbucks, Olyan, and other shops nearby, and you can walk to Sinsa and Apgujeong Rodeo, so the location is great. Everyone at the front desk is kind. I think Japanese is difficult, but English is okay. They readily agreed to my request for a taxi and additional bath towels. The amenities are perfect and have everything you need. There are bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes for each person, and the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and hand soap are all of good quality and have a nice scent. Of course, you can also watch Netflix. I enjoyed watching Ghibli, which is not available on Netflix in Japan. This hotel is highly recommended for those who have business in the Apgujeong area. You can stay with peace of mind. Overall, I really like the price, service, and location of this hotel.
