Everything is very good... this is the 4th time my wife and children stay at this hotel. The children like the pool the most. The uncle who takes care of the pool is very nice and friendly.. that's one of my favorite children. It's just that I'm a little disappointed, we definitely got a toilet with water, maybe the water line is called n shower is broken but sokey. coz I only stayed overnight so I just closed my eyes for that part. overall I'm satisfied. thq royale chulan seremban.. from the staff n food n other facilities are all very good. Next time we will come here again❤️

This is an older five-star hotel. I stayed here for one night on a business trip. The room facilities are old, including the equipment in the gym. I reminded the front desk to give me a quiet room because I was afraid of the traffic and motorcycle noise at night. The waiter gave me a room that was not on the roadside, but downstairs was the main air conditioning room of the entire hotel, and the rumbling noise disturbed me all night.

Arrived at the hotel at 4 o'clock, but the queue to check in was still long. I don't want to reach the counter in 15 minutes. Get a big room, no size. It's just that the fragrance in the room is not good, there is still a damp smell. Another breakfast has to be que long, the staff who attends the room number, the staff wants to find an empty table plz do something. The food has a lot of choices, it's OK. I want to praise the uncle who takes care of the swimming pool very well and is very helpful, just say it politely. The pool is the best, the kids love the big pool, there is another slide. Oo, when we came we didn't bring lifebuoys, it seems that they are provided here for free for kids as long as the stock is still available. Another thing to check out is the long queue. I didn't have time to take a picture because I'm not feeling well. This picture is worth it, from the hotel it's only half an hour away.
