The hotel is OK. The rooms are good clean and the cleaners come along a lot. It's really a young hotel so it's a responsive, the pool is also fine to notice. Only the food is not good. Breakfast is OK, only the breads are very hard or super dry. There is no lunch that is nowhere to confess. Then the evening food, that's just not good! I and my friends have all four become sick of eating or have been harmed from our stomach. Nothing about dinner is hot, everything is cool or just cold, the spaghetti is super dry and also cold like the fries, sorry about dinner.

As a solo traveler this was perfect, 1st: you leave the airport take the A2 bus and in less than 15 min you arrived at the corner of the street where the hotel is. The personnel really nice, elevator for the bags (some European hotels don’t) the room is spacious clean neat with a balcony with 2 chairs a table and an ashtray (good for the still smokers) Important for me, a powerful hairdryer!!!! And the shower was also great w lots of hot water! There is a tv that I never used. One block aways is the 1st stop of 25 bus, in 20 min you are in downtown Palma, you get down in last stop. There is a breakfast buffett with all the basics. Of course the coffee isn’t amazing but is a buffett! Nobody should complain. There is store cross street for all your water, alcohol needs It is one block away from the beach with bars restaurants and stuff, great hotel!

We visited this hotel as a couple in our late 20s, in April 2022. Our first time abroad since the pandemic, so we were looking forward to it. The hotel was very clean. The cleaners were super friendly and always said hello. The pool area was so quiet, we had it to ourselves often. The decor was fairly modern, standard for a budget hotel. A big supermarket just a few minutes walk away, through a park area at the bottom of the road. The beach was a ten minute walk (although it is up hill coming back). Perfect location for the bus stop to visit Palma. On this basis, it was a great budget hotel for a break away. However, the noise was almost unbearable. El Arenal is a popular party location, with large bars/clubs aimed at German tourists. Which of course,means lots of drunk people. There was absolutely no sound proofing in the hotel room. You could hear every word in the surrounding rooms. You could also hear the loud noise made by the lift, which was in constant use around the clock. One afternoon there was a fight in the room next door, and it sounded like they threw furniture at the walls! I only had between 3 and 5 hours sleep a night, due to loud/drunk people leaving, arriving and just hanging out in the corridors and in their rooms at all sorts of hours. I've stayed in lots of budget hotels in Europe, and hostels but never experienced noise like this. I saw the reviews but assumed it would be fine, but it really is as noisy as everyone says. The first night, I was scrolling through hotel websites at 3am to try and find somewhere else to stay as it was too loud to sleep, although due to cost we decided to just put up with it. This hotel is probably perfect if you want to stay somewhere low cost and want to party/stay up late every night or are a very deep sleeper! It was clean, had semi comfortable beds and pillows, and an okay shower. However, I personally wouldn't recommend it if you want a relaxing holiday now that restrictions have been dropped.

Liked · Excellent hotel. Read previously reviews which described the hotel as clean, friendly and excellent value. This were all true. The staff were amazing, and super attentive and friendly. Hotel was clean everywhere, and the rooms were cleaned daily at a high standard. The room cleaners were great. Swimming pool and fitness were very clean. The location of the hotel was excellent as well, just across from the beach and ideal location to stroll around the area. Bus stop is nearby which goes to Palma centre. Really enjoyed my stay there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ухоженная территория, бассейны, фитнес, тропинки, можно отлично отдохнуть. Отель не очень детский, но детская комната есть и дочка ходила туда с удовольствием, спасибо Софии. Номера большие, у нас была терраса с лежаками, качественная косметика. Единственный минус (для меня) - это очень маленькая душевая кабина. В целом, отель очень понравился, как и Майорка.

Very good all round hotel. All areas clean & tidy, good selection of food available at breakfast & dinner. Lunches available in bar area & outside pool seating area, reasonable selection of food choices. Wide selection of wines available. Room was very clean & tidy and cleaned daily, nice balcony overlooking sea & pool area. Entertainment on 3 of the nights we stayed and was of a good standard. Good location only a short walk into C'an pastilla, bus stop right outside hotel with regular very cheap service to either Palma or Arenal Would recommend.

4 star rating overall from me. There are imperfections, but I wouldn't read too much in to some of the recent very negative reviews. Located at the far end of Magaluf, towards Cala Vinyes, but within 10 minutes or so walk of the ”bright lights” of the ***** if wanted. I caught public bus A11 from the airport which takes around 40 minutes and drops less than a 10 minute walk away - all for the princely sum of 6.75 euros (that becomes cheaper if you tap on and off using a contactless card - but mine wouldn't work). A taxi is c. 50 euros. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away out of the front door, albeit the slope / steps are quite steep and, not untypically for Spain, it appears the last couple of steps were never properly finished so have to be exited sidewards. We were a group of middle aged lads, occupying three rooms, one in block 2 (above reception) and two in block 1. The rooms varied but were all clean and tidy, TVs had a choice of UK channels, and (large refillable type) shampoo and shower gel were provided. My mini fridge was fully stocked (water, beer and soft drinks), but the other two rooms weren't (maybe because I'm a Hyatt club member and booked directly?). My safety deposit box needed a new battery that I had to follow up on day 2 for it to be fixed (they wanted me to be present to fix it). This hotel, that I suspect was born from amalgamation of 2 or maybe even 3 hotels, tries to be all things to all people - with clients ranging from young families with children, through couples, groups and the retired. It is large, with multiple pools, and a choice of food and drink venues were available (noting recent reviews about a slow start to the season, low occupancy and limited choice etc). Late afternoon check in was smooth and efficient for me, but I appreciate if bus loads arrive at the same time it could be lengthy. We were all inclusive and food and drink was generally good, albeit as others have noted, you need to keep an eye on things being fully cooked - we had to waste some under cooked chicken. Labelling was also an issue with some missing and others confused - baked beans labelled as ”small black pudding” being an example. See sample menus from Tapas and Burger ”Market Street” venues. We were able to use these ”specialities” at leisure, but I suspect they might be limited or need to be pre-booked in high season. There are some anomalies about what drinks are included - some cocktails are and others aren't. For example, Mojito is extra? The entertainment during our stay was mixed. The (newly arrived) team work hard, but things weren't perfect - the promised music quiz on our last night wasn't delivered for example. That said, the live singers weren't bad. We had a Beatles tribute band, and 90s retro live singers. The pools aren't heated, but were fine once you got in - the weather being mid 20's and sunny when I was there (9th to 13th May). Great hotel, very good value for money. I was honestly surprised by the buffet, which was very complete, and the room service. I will definitely go again.
