Overall happy with the stay. Initial absence of basic cleaning products (doesn't make sense for each guest to buy new every time, if only staying for a few days) but spoke to reception and they provided products for us to use (thanks). Rooms are not big, but we spent most of the time out on the slopes and in town so didn't matter. Warm and clean in the apartment. Small town so everywhere is walkable. Staff at reception, bar and entertainment team were all very friendly and helpful.

Worked brilliantly for us
This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a walk to the lifts but with the ski deposit and lockers next to the slopes we found this perfect as we could meander back via the shops and coffee stops after a long day on the slopes. Free table tennis and other bits going on but we actually loved just chilling in our room. Really great resort.

Merveilleux séjour
Séjour parfait - une vue magnifique depuis les appartements. Appartements pratiques et spacieux.
Un accueil exemplaire, très bonne organisation (possibilité d’achat des forfaits sur place et des cours de ski). Une petite supérette bien achalandée avec des produits frais et pas plus chers que dans le reste de la station.
L’hôtel n’est pas directement sur les pistes mais de nombreuses solutions sont disponibles : navettes, stockage des skis et des chaussures sur les pistes… et le trajet à pieds est rapide et agréable.

Sono subito stato accolto con cortesia ' e professionalita', ma anche con tanta disponibilita ' dal personale . Ci sono tante iniziative in questo residence che rendono l'ospite subito protagonista in spazi molto ampi . Il residence non ha Wi-Fi all'interno degli appartamenti ma in compenso ha una zona Wi-Fi ed un Bar che lasciano in secondo piano la mancanza .

Las facilidades estaban todas cerradas no había ningún restaurante abierto. Tienes que venir con auto ya que ni siquiera tienen un buen servicio de transporte público. Los apartamentos son sumamente pequeños y no ofrecen ningunas facilidades ni si quieran hay cosas básicas para el uso como papel de toallas.jabon de bañarse. El market del lugar estaba cerrado para comprar las cosas hay que caminar 30 minutos desde el lugar. No está cerca de lugares de interés que puedas visitar caminando. Si tiene unas vistas espectaculares y es ideal para personas que le guste esquiar en invierno.

Hotel is located walking distance-15-20 min- from town/skiing area.There is shuttle bus as well every hour,costs 1.70 eur one way.Hotel rooms are very clean,decoration typical ski resorty.Downstairs small shop is SO handy,everything one needs for snacks and even for dinner.In the lobby there is lovely bar area,at night karaoke and for kids,there is kids club,open 4-7.30 pm.And most important-ladies at reception are just exeptional!One feels as a real guest with them! And kids club girls(Alessia and Niclole),fantastic!So overall very nice stay,thank you all!
