To be avoided! No towel. They make you pay a pseudo upgrade while your reservation is a business room they upgrade you to executive. So business = executive
Be careful these are scams

Very nice hotel in Setif. Novotels are the same in almost every city. Rooms are clean and you can find everything you need. The receptionist and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good and there is something for everyone.
