We had an exceptional stay at the hotel.We were upgraded and treated with great respect and kindness.The hotel was delightful and we loved the variety of art.The staff marked my daughters birthday with a cake and sang too! Fantastic! The gardens are beautiful..We loved the pool area and the Jasmine walk.We were offered a special rate for a massage/spa and this was very special indeed!
I want to thank the staff for making our visit so very delightful and my daughters Birthday such a memorable experience! Ì

This hotel is fabulous! Probably the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. So avant-garde. Every floor, every very room is an art piece. There is an extraordinary bartender in the bar - you must meet him and allow him to create something for you. If you are going to or bar Verona make plans to stay there!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido hotel per una sola notte, grazie ad un cofanetto Boscolo “Insoliti Hotel”. La struttura è meravigliosa, piena di verde esternamente e di arte all’interno. La nostra camera molto carina, un po’ meno il bagno che forse andrebbe rinnovato. Servizio da 10 e lode. Cena superlativa, abbiamo fatto il percorso degustazione e lo chef ha modificato appositamente per me che sono celiaca ciascuna portata. Alla fine della cena abbiamo gradito molto il fatto che sia venuto in sala a presentarsi. Se dovessi trovare qualche nota negativa: i prezzi anche del servizio bar in piscina (uno spritz quasi 30€ mi sembra follia) e il fatto che non ci siano stati forniti infradito per la spa. Per il resto, esperienza eccellente.

Not what it used to be
We knew this hotel from when we had stayed a year ago.
Oh how low it has fallen!
No service at the pool, no service at the bar, no air conditioner (despite being at 29 degrees )
We had booked two nights, but we chose to leave after the first one as it was just such a terrible experience.
Will not come back again.
