The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the city centre, in the heart of the Heat and attentionful reception by Vivianne, who turned in four to help me: with the paths to take, the attractions to visit, dinner reservations and a free walking tour (I recommend!!). The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and is located in the centre of the city.

Very good, that is, I missed the flight. I couldn’t cancel the contact with the hotel many times. I rushed over the next morning. As a result, the other party didn’t want to open the room for me. I said that I would take a shower and check out. The ink was for a long time, then I said After breakfast time, I brought 2 children and 2 old people. This is very bad. I have already paid for it. Even if I only have 1 hour, I should provide my service. I have already stayed here for 3 years. Hotel

I stopped by Seville on the way to Malaga for 2 nights and stayed at this hotel - and I’m so glad I did. Everything was great - location was perfect, tons of restaurants, shops and bars within a 5 min walk and very central. Rooms were clean and a very good size Shower was fantastic - the shower pressure was amazing Service was great - staff was extremely responsive via WhatsApp at any time of day, extremely friendly and helpful They don’t have any of the extra amenities (like a breakfast room or gym) but honestly for the price and location I didn’t mind at all. I think their sister location (less than 2 min walk away) has breakfast that they can offer but there’s so many great bakeries and restaurants right next door that I preferred eating out anyways. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The hotel is located in the Triana district, 1 min from all the restaurants/bars. Right next to it there is a supermarket and a cafe, ideal for breakfast. The hotel has been completely renovated recently so I think that the bad comments on the establishment were written before the renovation. The rooms are small but clean, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need for a good night's sleep and we had a small balcony, room 104. The shower is small but has very good water power. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms as well. The blinds of the window are automatic and hide the day very well. There was a bit of street noise at night but it didn't bother us. The hotel has a nice roof terrace with tables and chairs. To come from the airport or from Santa Justa station, nothing could be easier than taking the EA bus towards Placa Armas, to the Placa Armas terminus. The bus costs 4 euros and the bus stop is located 13 min walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is very instagrammable with a neat decoration. I highly recommend this hotel

Beware when booking a non-refundable reservation online. Prepaid for 3 nights and due to plumbing issues, we left the hotel due to the unsanitary situation and could not get refunded even though the product/service (a clean room with working bathroom) was not delivered. We left the hotel the same day due to the rooms not functioning and didn’t want to keep checking into different rooms. Initially, the first issue was being placed in an ada room. We didn’t complain and proceeded to unpack. I jumped into the shower and noticed water coming out of the drain. The bathroom flooded and we were informed we could move to another room. We decided to book an upgraded suite (additional charge). We went out for the evening and returned later that night. Wife decided to take a bath. The suite bathroom started flooding from the toilet subsequent to the bath. We had unpacked and repacked twice in the same day and did not feel like playing which room will flood again game. It was late and we decided to leave due to the hotel problems. When asked for reimbursement while leaving, we were met by a firm I can’t reimburse you tactic (even though the individual charged us the upgrade for 3 nights). This seems ridiculous and a blatant lie from a hotel employee with the ability to charge their guests and use the system. When seeking reimbursement, the hotel would not reimburse even though they did not provide a safe or sanitary hotel room. We even agreed to upgrade to a suite and flooding occurred repeatedly. Having traveled from the states and unpacking then repacking while moving within the hotel on two separate rooms was enough. We left and checked into another hotel (no issues). The following day, we were informed by the hotel manager there was a plumbing issue but could not be reimbursed since it was a nonrefundable booking. They agreed to refund the upgrade charge as if it was a favor when we had not stayed at the hotel overnight or the remaining nights. We decided to cut our losses and never looked back. I then received an email that my booking was cancelled with a change of the 3 nights. Lesson learned. I guess ensure you book a refundable stay.
