We rarely visit the same hotel twice, but in the case of Vritomartis we made an exception and were not disappointed by our decision. It really is a wonderful hotel and we are already planning our next visit. All areas, both inside and outside the hotel, are well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. Every member of staff are extremely welcoming and really go the extra mile to ensure that all guests have a wonderful time. We had one of the standard sea view rooms, but this was perfectly adequate size wise with comfortable bed, small balcony overlooking the pool and the sea beyond. A kettle was provided, but no tea of coffee facilities so you might decide to bring something with you or buy from the on-site shop. The gardens and pool area were well kept and plenty of sun loungers for all guests. There was a wide variety of activities throughout the day and every evening for guest to enjoy if they wished. A buffet style breakfast was provided from 7:30 -10am including a selection of breads and pastries, cooked food (sausage, egg, bacon etc) and a good selection of fruit and yoghurts. Lunch was available (at extra cost) either at the pool-side bar or the taverna of the beach (1km walk). Both were excellent and reasonably priced. Evening dinner was again in a buffet style, with a wide variety on offer including soup of the day, a huge selection of salads and a number of meat, fish or vegetarian options. Just remember to leave some space for the fabulous desserts. Everyone we met at Vritomartis was an absolute delight. We enjoyed making new friends and I suspect that we will meet many of them again soon. If you have never visited a naturist hotel before, this is an ideal place to start.
