Lovely hotel. Really enjoyed our overnight stay on the way back from Cornwall to Kent. Lovely staff (who make the place). Booked with dine and stay, which was great value for money, with an excellent Sunday roast. Our room was small (the cheapest they had) but perfect for an overnight stay. Everything in the room well thought out and well equipped with tea/coffee pods and other complementary items. Hotel was relaxed and had great welcoming atmosphere. Very nice bar and dining area with excellent service. Even had our parking voluntarily refunded. We'll be back.

Excellent location. Superbly refurbished hotel with great attention to detail. Staff very attentive. Food excellent. Great nights sleep in well appointed room. Lovely luxury toiletries and coffee maker. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Looking for somewhere to take my elderly parents for a long weekend as they rarely get away now. I picked The Grosvenor Arms and they did not let me down. The quality of the rooms & food was amazing, my parents still rave about it. The location was quiet as were the rooms, however there was plenty to do and see in the surrounding area. Total success, they are now expecting a trip next spring

Lovely hotel, beautifully done inside with attention to detail. Beds are comfy, showers are great. Breakfast was excellent as was the dinner with an interesting menu and thoughtful presentation. Its not our first stay here and wont be our last.

Arrived late after an 18 hour day only to find myself behind a family who were checking in. The receptionist took them off to their room and returned 20 minutes later. All I wanted to do was go to my room dump my bag and go and get something to eat….very frustrating but service was great after that. Pity about first impressions

Excellent hotel! Loved the decor, staff were friendly and the food was good too. Despite our visit being in October our room (number 18) was rather hot at night- we wondered if this was because it was next to a chimney stack?? Otherwise the room was lovely.
