The location is great, the perfect place to be, so if you don't book this hotel book one nearby. Metro stations across the road take you to sightseeing hotspots. Good bus links. Also, it is right near Nanjing pedestrian Street with lots of shops, restaurants etc. The hotel itself smells very musty, and old. Needs a good airing out. The bathroom had a bit of mould and mildew, and the room, bed and pillow smelt very musty.

Convenience for tourists as the location is just in the heart of the shopping district and tourist attractions. The space in the room is big enough however if you have a big luggage you may need to make sure with the front desk again. The shower room and toilet are functional use and serve perfectly even in the prime time. Sockets and lighting are enough on the bunk bed, and they have a private storage cabinet provided for each of us in the room.

Its all about the location for the price we got. We had to stay somewhere very close to the people’s square and this was the right hotel for the budget we had. The room is small but convenient for 2 person.

The hotel is very convenient location is great! It’s very good if you are on a budget and yet wanna be in the city center where everything happens! It’s a long drive from the airport I advise to plan your trip before subway closes to save time and money. The breakfast wasn’t really what I was looking for as it is macdonald’s breakfast and I am more into open buffet however it was okay for a short stay, the way they deliver it to you is buy a robot is very cute. The room was spacious enough for the price I paid and staff are friendly.

Wonderful experience with Elong, the location was very convenient and easily accessible via train / didi. The staffs are friendly too and they will checked with us if everything is ok during our stay there. Requested for room with view of the Nanjing pedestrian street and it was fulfil. Room was clean and very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Shanghai!

Front desk is friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely, and very clean. The best thing about this room was the location. It's just down the street from the People's Park, a few museums, Nanjing Road, and plenty of eats. Easy to take a bus to the Bund. Would come again for the comfortable stay and the location.

Excellent Stay at Radisson Hyland Collection Hotel Shanghai My friend and i recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hyland Collection Hotel Shanghai, and we must say, it exceeded our expectations! The hotel's prime location, stunning views, and exceptional service made for a truly unforgettable experience. - Spacious rooms with comfortable beds - Impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail - Delicious breakfast buffet with varied options - Convenient location, close to major attractions and transportation - Friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist. What truly impressed us was the reception staff's kindness and flexibility after we checked out. As a typhoon was approaching, we were unable to leave for the airport immediately but we were able to rest at the hotel lounge. Despite the hotel lounge being closed at that time, Ms Annie served us hot tea and light snacks, ensuring we were comfortable and able to rest. Their warmth and hospitality exceeded expectations, making us feel valued until it was safe to depart. And due to unforeseen weather conditions (typhoon), the hotel took extraordinary measures to ensure our safe departure.They arranged for staff to escort us to the airport, guaranteeing we reached safely and checked in without hassle. This level of care and dedication surpasses expectations! Special thanks to the staff for going above and beyond!

Awesome location just a bit difficult to find initially if you take the train to people square from the airport. Mattress is very firm / hard. Some guests smoke so the smell goes to our area as well. Housekeeping changed our towels daily and top up water. Every night we need to have our card validate again. They accomodated us for early check in. Recommended for not fuzzy travelers.

Really nice hotel. Great location and near a lot of attractions. I found value in staying here due to the convenience of near by attractions but I chose to eat outside of the hotel because the prices are high. The bar drinks were not good and made with very little alcohol and far too much ice. High price as well. There happened to be some famous actor staying at the hotel and security blocked access to a couple floors so I couldn't access the elevator to get to my room after check in so that was really annoying. Eventually I was able to get to the room and it was nice. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. A bit small but nice none the less.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the St. Regis. I stayed in the manor suite with access to the manor lounge and a private butler. From check in to check out the customer service was excellent. I received the 2 hour Harmonious Relaxation spa treatment at the Iridium Spa in the hotel. It was the most relaxing spa experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who enjoy luxury experiences.
