Very good location near the bund and metro station, lots of shops and food around hotel.

Good location and nice food. Allow me to have spare time to walk around city while busy with my business schedule. Thumb up.

I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. The views from my room were breathtaking. Overlooking the bustling cityscape by day and the serene, twinkling lights by night, the panorama alone is worth every penny.

I am very happy with the service rendered by the staff from the hotel. They were very kind, polite, friendly and helpful. I left on 9 June (one day before their dumpling festive) which was very crowded and packed with ppl hence the staff helped to carry my 24kg luggage to the pick-up point and ensure the driver came to the right place to pick me up to the airport.. I will recommend it if u are looking for a place that is convenient to shop and to metro stations. The bad part is u can't alight at the front door of the hotel. Need to make a detour and will suggest u to check their public holiday before booking ur flight. Overall it was a good stay at this hotel.

The location can not be beat. As soon as you walk out the front door, you are on the Nanjing Pedestrian Street and have a view of the Pearl tower in the distance. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location. Very close to shanghai bund. Overall it's a nice experience for me. The hotel staffs are friendly too.

Situated near The Bund means we get to see the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower every time we leave the hotel. It’s quite a distance from the nearest station though (at least 5-8 min walk away). Room was huge with two toilets (only one with shower/bathtub). Bed was comfy too. However, we’ve tried asking for more pillows (only five were given initially for our group), but they could only accommodate for one more. Unfortunately, from Day 2 of our stay, the aircon seems to have broken down and our room got really hot and stuffy. The staff tried coming down to help and brought a fan, but it was of no use. We ended up sweating through the nights so it was quite uncomfortable. Also, note that you’ll be asked to pay a deposit of 300 RMB when checking in!

Gave 3 stars for service as I think the attitude of the hotel staff can be improved. The hotel has a laundry room and it is chargeable. It is also not easily accessible for hotel guests to use as it is located on another floor which you need to get an extra card from the lobby staff. The app used to pay for the laundry needed a Chinese local number to access which makes it inconvenient for us to use. We needed to go back to the lobby again to get a staff to help. Ran up and down twice just to wash our clothes. The staff was not polite and impatient when assisting. It was an unpleasant experience.

I loved my stay! Perfect location near the Bund, clean and stylish rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast was simple. had amazing views. Highly recommend!
