Overall: You get the same services as in a Japanese hotel. Recommended.
Services: The sheets, beds, baths, etc. are exactly the same as in a 10,000 yen city hotel in a Japanese city. There is also a hair dryer and a kettle.
Food: I had breakfast three times, and each time was slightly different. The volume and variety was sufficient, so I have no complaints.
Location: 1 hour by subway from Shanghai Disneyland. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. About 5 minutes walk from the subway station.

Nearest station Line-14-Yuanshen Exit 4, very short walking distance, area is nice and clean, just that no near by eating place, so with 2 kids , got to make sure kids are full before turning back to hotel 😀 breakfast quite good, all service good also, have free laundry! 🤣, free shuttle within 3km, all crew very helpful too.
