臨時確定安縵的行程，酒店無論從硬件設施還是服務來説都非常棒。幾位服務人員印象深刻：前廳部的Dora Qin非常積極主動，幫我介紹酒店設施，歷史文化，協助我租自行車和線路規劃，讓我感覺到度假的温暖；水療Spa的技師楊曲認真積極正向，熱愛工作，能感受到安縵團隊的與眾不同；還有一位不知道名字的保安小夥（瘦瘦的），守在酒店到公園的通道上，每次路過都微笑着打招呼，主要是天氣很冷，他一直站在外面，説明他很認真負責。
酒店的意大利餐廳的早晚餐都很好，我個人很喜歡精緻、定製化的餐食，中餐廳沒去。
健身房設施非常好，個人超級喜歡。參加了頌缽、八段錦和書法的課程，也都非常好，都值得推薦感受一下。
對我來説，酒店的唯一缺點就是處在飛機航道附近，會有一定的噪音。反映後，秦經理等酒店團隊人員也是能夠積極溝通協調，在服務這些方面做的都不錯。

Flights generally run every 10 minutes from morning to night. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in Oman. The service in the restaurant is also average. Even if the wine is broken, they don't even say it or refund it.

This is officially my favorite resort in the world! Located in the outskirts of Shanghai, Amanyangyun allows you to experience heaven on Earth. The moment we checked into the hotel, the service of the entire staff made us feel so welcomed and special. Our suite in the Ming Pavilion was also so spacious and luxurious. Although the resort is located far away from the heart of Shanghai, the cultural experience classes, morning fitness classes, spa, the three restaurants on site, and more keep you entertained the entire stay. Of the three restaurants on site, we enjoyed the hot pot place the most as we loved the freshness of the seafood. We got to relax at the spa a little too but next time I want to spend a lot more time there. It was so relaxing and nice. I will definitely be back at Amanyangyun again!

I had a wonderful holiday experience at Amanyangyun: the gym and morning Tai Chi classes were great, the breakfast room was small but had great views, and the calligraphy class in the afternoon was interesting.
I found that the hotel sent sunflower flower arrangements and birthday congratulation cards and signs as my birthday was approaching. It was very thoughtful. Thank you! I look forward to my next stay.
