The Hotel is very dirty and overused. Room 303 Bedsheets with Stain Broken Toiletbowl and Seat Bedsheets with holes in. Matrace has Blood from the last Period of a Guest and other Bodyfluids on. The Room smell terrible after Smoke Furniture is well used. Flushing the Toilet is a Chalenge because the Botton is underneth a Board and with 10cm between you almost break your fingers. The Bathroom and floor was not really cleaned. You recive Amenitys and fresh Towels but the rest of cleaning is not happen. Even the Bed was never made. The Faucet was very hard to open and if you fully open it the water dont drain and room will be Flooded The Hotel needs an urgent renovation.

Xinyu Hotel has a good location, very close to Sichuan North Road subway station and two stops away from the Bund. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable, and the service is very good! Very satisfied!
