房間乾淨清爽，住延安去靜安寺真的方便，離地鐵站就幾百米，在靜安區這邊晚上也不吵。周邊也有地道的上海小吃。酒店正對面還是靜安區的公園，真是難得，感覺有機會會再去住！

來到酒店後發覺沒有空調，説是維修，但沒有提前和客户説，房間環境陳舊，有股味道。如果説還好的一點是，經攜程客服介入後可以申請後兩天預訂的房給退了，還是感謝攜程的。

東苑家庭房空間大，套間裏面的大床可以躺兩個人，加上外間兩個單人床，一家四口出行沒問題。衞生環境不錯，聽説主樓是當年上海六大建築之一，有些底藴在的。前台服務一般，住三天沒見過笑臉。距離久光百貨，芮歐百貨都很近，過個天橋就到了。就是百貨公司商品貴，不好消費。感受一下還可。

先説攜程，到店要遲了，攜程提前幫與飯店溝通好，遇到付款問題，攜程又及時與飯店銜接上。遇見問題才真正感受到，攜程客服的協調能力強，服務真的太好了。再説飯店，飯店是有年代的那種，房間不小，走廊也大，雖然設施不靚麗，但是衞生整潔，所在樓層有服務員問候，還召喚電梯，餐廳的服務人員也都很客氣，不忘初心，飯店的傳統服務猶在。地鐵2號線靜安寺站11號口出，很方便。去靜安寺步行8分鐘，便捷。
