衞生：非常的乾淨，讓有重度潔癖的我都覺得非常乾淨
環境：房間佈置得非常温馨，整個房間設施設備都很齊全，不用擔心什麼沒帶
服務：非常棒，老闆非常熱情，有什麼不懂的都解答得十分詳細，早飯會提前煮好，並約好時間，提前送到的外賣也不用擔心會涼，總之各方面都非常的好，下次來的話還會繼續住這裏
尊享迪士尼接送服務（以房間入住人數為準）:老闆能準時把你送到指定位置，對迪士尼當天情況也非常瞭解，過去也很快

雖然只有四個房間，一個人，但是房間非常乾淨，房東老爺爺特別熱情，服務很到位，定了兩天專門去玩的迪士尼，孩子們也很開心。早餐也很用心的準備，感覺生活很有節奏，很舒服。

太驚喜了，實際房間比照片好太多了，老闆人好，迪士尼接送可以隨時跟他約，早飯準備也可以跟他約好時間，房間又大又乾淨

找不出一點點不滿意，哈。前一天在迪士尼玩的太累了，回來完全睡癱倒，早上粘稠的米粥，香甜的肉包和玉米，雞蛋和油條，一下子喚醒。知道我們是晚班機，還特意延後退房，送我們到川沙地鐵邊的商場，囑咐吃了飯直接B1層就到地鐵，特別方便。很温暖的房東，爺爺一直笑咪咪，各種細節都想到了。推薦推薦！

爺爺人超級好 每次去迪士尼都來接送我們。最後一天還送我們到地鐵站 而且民宿衞生也很乾凈 早飯也很好吃 特別第二天早上的葱油麪 也很好吃 反正這次玩的很開心 下次來迪士尼還會住爺爺家

網上零差評參考定的這家民宿，店主是位本地人大爺人很好，地鐵站接送，迪士尼接送，專車待遇，店家新換的豐田商務車，高級感十足，客人位可以調動調整躺平按摩，享受呀！早餐也很好，西式中式葱油麪小餛飩都很好吃，吃飽了可以去迪士尼小鎮，新場古鎮逛逛，一整天的時間去迪士尼。房間一共四間客房，樓下是餐廳和兩個大床房，樓上是設計感十足的家庭房，很好，設備都挺新的，晚上很安靜，床品舒適，不錯的親子之旅，謝謝！

這個民宿應該是自己房子裝修搞的，就4個房間，其實27號晚上6:30到的，沒仔細看，有個小院子，衞生可以，有牙刷杯子洗臉巾浴巾馬桶套等一次性用品，大床房間略小，價格200多元一晚也不可能太大面積，早餐店家會給一人一份，雞蛋麪包牛奶，好處是離迪斯尼地鐵3號口開車6-8分鐘，店家6:20會送你過去，晚上會接你回來，這點非常方便，民宿那裡可以停車，10元一天，店家不錯，我第二天開走時候贈送一張10元停車券給我，建議就是枕頭太高，一晚上睡的我難受
