Great hotel good value for money! Close by the subway, easy to get around Shanghai. Not many restaurants nearby but pleasant area with a nice park to jog

Good hotel, but some things are broken in the room and cleanliness could be improved.

I had a really enjoyable stay here, the hotel was really easy to get to, and my room had everything I needed for a few days stay. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. My only minor gripe was that the shower didn’t really ever have hot water, which meant showering was at times uncomfortable in the evenings. However, I’d happily consider going back or recommending to friends.

I had a superb staying experience with this hotel for the first time in Shanghai. Room space is just nice for 1/2 person despite it is a studio room. Location is very strategic because it is about 5mins walking from Huangxin Garden Metro Station. You can find the local cuisines in adjacent restaurants as well as the Starbucks, laundry and grocery.

This hotel is the worst hotel experience I have ever stayed in this year! Not only is the hygiene poor, the attitude at the front desk is bad and very disrespectful! When seeing guests arriving, they would not take the initiative to check in, so we had to shout for a long time before they came. According to what he said, he was a security guard and only temporarily replaced the front desk staff. That was not the reason for his bad attitude! The room I stayed in for the first time was very dirty and had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk to ask him to change rooms. He was smoking at the time and told me to wait until he finished smoking. He made me stand there for nearly 15 minutes. The work efficiency was very low and it was very late at that time. . . After that, I got a little impatient and asked him about it, pretending not to hear. The most annoying thing was that after I moved to the second room, the hygiene was also dirty! But I was tired and didn't want to interact with the security guard anymore, so I had to make do with it. . .
