I will write a review on behalf of a foreign guest. Firstly, it is difficult to find the hotel on maps.me and didi. Fortunately, I printed out the hieroglyphs, and the taxi driver at the airport understood. A very nice girl met me at the reception, she was the only one who spoke English well. The room is good, everything is there for convenience (there was no cosmetic set - sticks and sponges). I arrived at night, and at night while I was sleeping I froze - the air conditioner did not work, it was cold in the room in the morning. The next evening I told the reception, they fixed it. The other guys at the reception do not speak English, everything through a translator. But they helped order a taxi, resolve issues. The breakfast is not bad, but there were not enough fruit juices, desserts. Overall, not bad. The cooks monitor the buffet area. I almost did not see foreigners in this hotel, there were only Chinese, maybe that's why the staff does not speak English. The hotel is near the metro, it's close, but it takes 30-40 minutes to get to the center (the metro works until about 22:30, it's expensive to take a taxi at night, I paid 160 yuan from the Bund). Overall, the hotel is good, I would come back. Thanks to the staff for their care
