衞生不乾淨，茶杯漱口杯上面都是污漬，馬桶也沒刷乾淨，馬桶坐墊壞的，沒電視信號。空調熱水很給力，服務枱態度很好。出門不遠有幾路公交，門口就是商業中心，晚飯早飯琳琅滿目有很多選擇。房間拉開窗户就能看到日出佘山，騎哈嘍單車幾分鐘能到佘山北大門，總體還可以

Is a family hotel, has play ground (but you have to pay a fee 👎), te same with the farm. Is great to have places for the kids but is not to pay fee for. The restaurant was amazing, many options in the breakfast. And about dinner was delicious Hot pot version. The swimming pool is nice and the others wet areas. We enjoy our relax holiday days there.

The hotel is located on the 5th to 9th floors above the ”Qingpu New Town” station on Metro Line 17. The transportation is very convenient. The front desk service is excellent, polite and warm. The hotel environment is clean and quiet. The room facilities, bathrooms and bedding are complete, clean and comfortable. It is a five-star quality stay experience! Praise! I will stay here next time!

The room is well-equipped and parking is convenient. There were hairs on the bedding. I moved to a different room and it felt pretty good. The breakfast was simple and the hygiene was not up to standard. Let’s just make do with it.

Too far from most interesting places in Shanghai, you literally have to spend several hours on the way there and back, everything else is good.

整體來説很不錯，離古鎮入口很近，可以免費停車，房間很乾凈，還可以帶寵物，很不錯，電腦配置也可以，打遊戲很流暢，對於街道邊的隔音再做好一點就更好了

One of the best places in our lives (and we have visited more than 50 countries). An excellent house in the very center of Shanghai Venice, but which at the same time allows you to feel secluded among the bustle. Thank you very much to the owner - very clean, friendly, greeted and escorted to a taxi. An unreal beauty balcony with a beautiful view of the canal, all in greenery and flowers ❤️ Best place in this city! We will definitely be back!! 😘

This hotel is about 10 mins walk from the Zhujiajiao Metro Station on line 17 . Its about 40 min trip from the Hongqiao Railway Station (terminal station). Line 17 operates about every 7 minutes during the day and every 10 mins during the night. Therefore this line is not frequent as say as Line 2. I choose this hotel ,because it has an outdoor swimming pool and I wanted to explore a new area of Shanghai. Firstly the outdoor swimming pool was closed when i stayed at this hotel in (September 2023) - there was no water in the pool!. In September, Shanghai experiences temperatures well above 27 to 30C, so it bit premature to close the pool in September. Mid October would be fine. It would be nice if the hotel operator/owner could inform Trip.com, that the pool is closed. The room was very comfortable and nice views of the surrounding area with some historic homes. The Rain Head shower was great. Air-con were easy to use and functioned well. As to be expected in most Chinese hotels (which are not part of western brand) there is very limited English available from hotel staff, but with English translators on cell phones, this is not really an issue. There are several shops in the same street of the hotel, but unfortunately there is no Family Mart, no 711 or Lawson (common brands in China) However, there is small Family Mart at Zhujiajiao metro station. Many local restaurants nearby and KFC - about 10 min walk down the same street of the hotel. In this area, there is some evidence of historic homes and residences, which makes the area unique. Overall, the hotel represents good value for money and appropriate choice to explore the local historic area, but not downtown Shanghai (which is too far from this hotel)
