The hotel lobby is magnificent and the location is in the center of the area. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. You can park in the underground parking lot by car. Next to the hotel is Wanda Plaza and Food Street, which is very lively at night. The front desk lady is polite and enthusiastic, the service is thoughtful, and she checked in quickly, and met the room change and breakfast needs in time. Thank you very much~ The travel experience is very nice, and the bathtub cover is provided to be clean and hygienic. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the toiletries are complete, and there are thoughtful hair ropes. There is no noise when sleeping. It's great~ The breakfast is very rich, with special hot powder, Chinese and Western fruit ice cream. Shangrao accommodation is recommended here, and I will come again next time!

This hotel is amazing! Great service all the way from the gate to the check in, to the rooms. It gave us an ancient China kind of feel. It’s very quiet and our baby slept well. I regret that we only stayed for one night. We would love to visit this place for a few days. We came here after spending 5 days in Sanqing mountain and staying at Hilton Sanqingshan. It’s definitely way worth a visit. The rooms are huge! Felt like living in an apartment. The breakfast was alright, we ate to our fill. It’s mostly Chinese cuisine, but they have good coffee and some western cereals. We did not like the smell of the shower gels and shampoo though, it was very strong, but that was just a minor issue. We will definitely come again to enjoy the tea, the Chinese cultural history filled corridors and enjoy the ambiance, it’s truly a different experience that I’ve ever had in any other hotel.

It's a nice hotel with a nice big balcony and nice rooms. Breakfast tasted great too. Let's start with the shortcomings. The breakfast environment can be improved. For example, the tables and chairs are changed to double tables instead of round countertops, and the lighting is dim. I forgot my room card at the dining table, and the front desk asked me to go back and get it myself. If I didn't have it, I would be fined. (The result was delivered after I called the restaurant at my request) The front desk's request was reasonable. After all, it was the guest's own problem. But such a cold reply shows that humans are worthless, and robots can be used to replace humans.

It’s very convenience to get into the hotel. The hotel offers free pick up from the tourist center. Staff can’t communicate in English but, no problem for using the Google translate. No deposit required. The hotel ask all guests to add WeChat for communicate while staying at the hotel. Our room quite large but, lots of dust all over the floor as there was a big construction behind our room. The hotel continued to built the new phases. There are lots of steps and quite a long walk from the hotel lobby to the room. The advantage for staying here, the hotel guest can enjoy taking photos before and after all the tourists gone. Variety of food for the breakfast buffet. Check in and check out quite quick and easy. The room rate is higher than the outside valley for triple but more convenience. Not much privacy as the hotel was one part of the valley, all the tourists can walk around the hotel too.
