The most memorable hotel I’ve stayed in China so far. I really love the hotel style. I don’t know what’s the style but this make me feel cozy and fullfill my heart. My parents and I had the most comfortable stay here throughout our trip in Yunnan - our room is clean, spacious, well equipped with quality bedding and appliances. The hotel manager is very sincere, friendly and welcoming - offering us free room upgrade and good advice to travel around ShangriLa. The hotel’s superb location within the ancient town made it easy for us to have dinner and night tour to the tourist attraction solely by foot.

Fantastic hotel! Room was super clean and cozy, location is great and the hotel staff was friendly and extremely service oriented! Highly recommend! Will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we come back to shangrila!
