拖鞋是半截的，空調是用不了的，冷死的天氣，前台告訴我空調還沒到集中開放使用的時候。我就不懂了，那你用不了，你平台掛個空調這個設施是什麼意思。

這間是我這麽久以為最差一間，我訂了四晚，當日價格是365一晚，因為當時時間過於匆忙已到晚上6Pm退不了，去了第一給個房間是像垃圾堆一樣，打開櫃門全是裝修爛的材料，天啊！這是客房怎麼放了全是裝修爛的材料呢？叫換房然後換一個到停車後面的沒熱水的，在換一個是地下一進去那发霉的味好大 好潮濕洗手間的杯是用來倒過水泥那種看到都反胃，在換一間都已很晚了，心想就算怎知道滿個房間是下水道的臭味，怎樣睡不著，我到了三點實在受不了只能下樓找老闆，大堂沒人原來它夫妻倆人就睡在櫃檯後邊，它就說明天早上在幫我換，搞到我一個晚上沒睡，當天也沒精神出去玩了，好了。換到第五個房間也是破破爛爛的，我也忍了也是要開半小時後才有熱水，到了另一個晚上回來房間是沒人清潔的，要走樓梯下去問為什麼不打掃房間，它給理由更搞笑，它說凡是沒退房都不搞衛生的，我說去這麽多國家還沒碰到這種事，它說叫老公去幫我倒下垃圾，然後幾天也一直沒清潔過房間，這種垃圾酒店，誰碰上誰倒霉！我看差不多一百房間左右，原來就是它夫妻兩個人什麼都是它所以能有什麼質素的房間，房間沒水也沒一次性拖鞋，個個客人下來要水要拖鞋，就一個人，大堂也是它，加被子拿什麼都是它！這旅遊給了非常不好入住過程。還有就是地毯從沒吸過，看到退只單單換個床單，反正整個房間好臭沒熱水和好髒，真不希望有下個受害者。

很差，一開始給我們這種，後來我們去換才給了我們，但是還是很差，不過位置真的很好，就在獨克宗門口。

服務很滿意，停車也方便（小院車位緊張，但是老闆會想盡一切辦法讓你有車位），離步行街衹隔一個30米寬的路口。

酒店就在獨克宗古城對面，門口和前台像個小旅館説是大酒店也許衹有5 -60間客房感覺房間價錢偏高。設施還算過的去。
