The best stay during my vacay in Shangri-la. Need to stay at least 2 nights in order to experience the activities in the hotel. The hotel is located near the Songtsam temple and the entrance ticket is provided.

Everything is tiptop!!! From the moments we reached Shangri-la by train, driver was waiting for us…fetch us to the hotel with the Defendar. The car was very very clean. All the facilities in the hotel was excellent! The architecture of the hotel is tibetian style. Many of the handcraft look nice. The view from the hotel can see the songtsam temple. High tea was provided, the egg tart taste delicious even it is winter. The breakfast had varities of food. The hotel included ticket to songtsam temple, even provided a free guide to explain while visiting the monastery. The shampoo and body lotion in the room was nice to used, especially in winter season. The skin feel very dry. (Hope that hotel would sell it online) The hotel area was very big, there are a lots of nice view to take photo. Even the hotel is big, they provide buggy car so you not need to walk a lot. All the staff was well trained, they served us like family. Very heart warming🥰 We would like to stay in Songtsam hotel again.

Great hotel slightly out of the main town area near Songstram Monastery. Hotel has all the amenities and is themed traditional ******* style. Staff were friendly and some could speak limited English. Food at the restaurants was excellent - we had both hot pot and Chinese. Overall a very nice hotel with a traditional ******* feel. Would recommend staying at this hotel if in Shangri-La.

The room is very ******* style, the service staff is very enthusiastic, the hotel's afternoon tea is highly recommended, the accommodation is comfortable, and the yak hot pot is highly recommended.

The hotel service is very good. The butler Xiao Luo arranged the airport pick-up and drop-off very well. The hotel's various services were introduced in detail. The hotel's pick-up driver was very enthusiastic all the way. I will stay a few more days next time if I have the chance.

When he knew that we had a trip to Songzan Hotel next time, he had already arranged it in advance. I will only stay in Songzan when I come to Tibet in the future.

Service: The most noteworthy thing is the butler service and the overall supporting tourism service of Songtsamlingka. We experienced the private tour guide service of Songtsamling Temple, horse riding in the forest, hotel dinner, and convenient pick-up and drop-off service. In a word, we were satisfied with everything. The butler Runan and the horse riding coaches Baima and Xiluo all provided us with services with sincerity. As it was our first time to Shangri-La, it left us with many good memories.

Facilities: I felt annoyed at first because there was no air conditioning, but the room manager sent ice cubes to cool down, and matched it with good sound. Sanitation: Very clean. Because it is in the grassland, there are some flies and insects, but they don’t bite people. Environment: Very close to Songzanlin Temple, away from the hustle and bustle, clean and pure. Service: Land Rover pick-up and drop-off, and in the morning there is a tour butler leading the team to take a shortcut to Songzanlin Temple. The butler Ma Yunlong explained to us for 3 hours about life, faith, and human practice. He is really a god! For me, it is an enlightening journey. If you want to come to Shangri-La, you must stay in Songzan for one night, and you will meet an unknown self.
