Location is prime. Hotel exterior looks great but things looks old inside. Breakfast was good. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I was very impressed by this hotel albeit just outside the main area of the town, a slow walk of 2 kilometres. The reception was very efficient in checking us in and allocate our room on the 10th floor. The room was large by the standards we were accustomed to in the West, whilst the bed was just right and very comfortable. The costs of our 2 night stay was incrediblely cheap with breakfast by any standard albeit Chaoyang isn't a 1st line city. The service we got was second to none, especially the night front desk lady - Suki Li and the day front desk young man - Alan Cheng. They bent over backward to help especially with my limited putonghua by conversing in Cantonese instead. They helped with taxi bookings when I could not because of I didn't have a local mobile number plus trying to use the automated vending machine which was QR coded as per norm in China. Breakfast was a mixture of oriental and western food. I was glad that the hotel has decent English breakfast tea unlike many others that we had stayed in, in additonal, the self service coffee machine can produce a decent coffee that satisfied the wife ( 2 shots of expresso plus 1 flat white or 1 Americano). The only complaint I have was that there is no milk power or fresh milk available in the room for making tea or coffee, it's one issue that the hotel management should consider in the near future. Overall, the hotel was cleaned and modern. I have no hesitation in recommend it.

When I brought my family to Shantou for a Mid-Autumn Festival trip, I was hesitant about which hotel to choose. Choosing a big brand chain hotel was the best option to avoid pitfalls. The hotel was easy to find, parking was convenient, and the service and quality were guaranteed. It is worth recommending.

We usually choose to stay in B&Bs when we travel, but this time we went to Chaozhou (the first time back to my hometown) for three days and two nights. We chose the Hampton by Hilton Hotel in Chaoyang. It is understood that they have just opened. I have been staying in a hotel for many years, and it really gave me a surprise to come here. Their equipment is very new, and the service is very good. It is a five-star experience. It completely makes me feel that the service in the hotel is different and cannot be compared with the B&B. compared to! This experience gave me great confidence in all Hilton hotels! I simply describe my experience below! Room: The room and bed are large. The room with two double beds for our family of four is very comfortable. There is enough space to open our luggage. In addition to the basic equipment such as refrigerator, hair dryer, etc., there is also a tea set (convenient for all our Chaozhou friends to drink). Their famous Kung Fu Tea)! There is an in-room ordering service. If you don’t want to go out (because there was a weather problem when we went), you can dine in the room. They also have drinks that you can order. When we were there, they were doing a discount on the second cup of the same drink. At half price, my favorite is their watermelon probiotic, it’s so delicious! Serve: Another must-have is the cordial hospitality of their staff, which made us feel at home very quickly: Front desk (Xiao Hui): The ladies at the front desk were polite and patient, and treated us and the children very well. One of the front desk ladies was named Xiaohui. She was very kind and polite, and even my child felt very happy to see her. We were not familiar with the restaurants nearby, but she patiently introduced us to some restaurants nearby! Lobby Manager (Alan Zheng): 1) Because our arrival time was delayed, we were unable to arrive at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel at the same time as our parents. Alan also took the initiative to teach his mother how to access their Wi-Fi so that they could relax while waiting. 2) During our three-day and two-night trip, we felt that we were always being taken care of silently by the hotel staff. He paid attention to our needs. Alan knew that we liked to drink that cup of watermelon probiotics, and Alan made a special appointment when we left the room. We prepare this drink on the same day so that we can drink this cup of watermelon probiotics on the last day! other service: 1) Laundry There is a self-service washing machine and a simple exercise room on the 6th floor of the hotel. The washing machine service was great, their washing machine was equipped with automatic refilling of laundry detergent/disinfectant and we didn't need to bring our own laundry cleaning products. We can see the status of the washing machine/dryer through the TV in the hotel room, so we don’t need to wait in the laundry room. We can remotely monitor the progress of your clothes at any time and know when the washing/drying is completed, which is extremely convenient! 2) Bath/toilet supplies The hotel's hand sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream are all Peter Thomas Roth brand products, which gave me a good experience on my skin and hair. 3) Breakfast The price we booked from Trip.com includes free breakfast, which is RMB 88 if purchased separately. There are white porridge/eight treasure porridge/millet porridge, you can have clear rice noodles or rice noodles, some Western pastries, a variety of fruits, hot food, corn juice, soy milk, coffee and juice. Please refer to the pictures. I especially like their white porridge with melon seeds and clams, it tastes really good! 4) The hotel provides a bottle of water to every guest every day. It was the hottest time of summer when we went, so water is really indispensable! 5) The hotel has a robot service. When we need extra dishes and chopsticks for lunch, the cute robot delivers the food to us. The little kids are very happy to see the robot delivering the food! Finally, I use a sentence from my children to summarize our experience at the Hampton Hilton! "When we think of our hometown in Chaozhou from now on, we will think of the Hampton Hilton Hotel!"

The lobby and guest rooms of the hotel are very clean and tidy. Miss Xiaohui at the front desk is very warm and makes people feel very comfortable and reassured. Overall, it is very good. If I come here, I will book again.

When checking in, the front desk girl Xiaojuan was enthusiastic and professional. Not only did she upgrade the room type for free, she also asked if I needed a razor, which made me feel very comfortable. The room was clean and hygienic, and it was equipped with a self-service laundry, which was good; the buffet breakfast was also good, and it was very cost-effective at this price. The environment is comfortable, Xiaojuan at the front desk served with a smile, and the room is quite big, which is nice. 🌃I waited for a long time when checking in at night. I was the only one in line. I waited for a long time. Later, other employees came. I didn’t know whether I could check in or not. I was holding food in my hand. I didn’t dare to ask her. I’m not lying, it’s super yellow, a bit like it’s mixed with mud. I wanted to call the front desk, but I thought it was too late. It will become clear after a while. 🚿Shower room: I really want to praise the shower head. The water pressure is very high and the shower is very fast! But there was a smell of banana or something inside….weird smell 🛏️Bed: Very comfortable! The floor was sticky when I first entered, I don’t know what it was. I really like that bathrobe!! Very comfortable!! A different bathrobe from the Hampton I stayed at before😮 🥲Thanks to the cleaning staff for cleaning! I brought a lot of food at night! Thank you for your hard work!

The front desk service is good, especially Xiaochan. The room is spacious and clean, the environment is quiet, beautiful and comfortable, the facilities are complete, the location is easy to find, I highly recommend it, I will choose here next time
