I booked this hotel during the Chinese Valentine's Day and called the hotel to see if they could help with the decoration. Unexpectedly, they upgraded the room with a bathtub for free. The facilities are outdated, and my room on the 7th floor was full of oily smoke at night. I don't know where it came from. Service staff lack of training, no sense of service! I ordered a Niuhe, but there was no chili when it was delivered, so I called and asked for a plate of chili sauce. The person who answered the phone first taught me a lesson, saying why he didn't tell the bad waiter in advance that he had to run again. I wanted to start scolding, but just think about the New Year's Eve. Do you not understand the truth that the customer is God? What's more, does Niuhe without chili sauce have a soul? 第2次入住這個酒店，首先説一下酒店的位置。附近吃喝還是比較多的。如果覺得附近不是很方便，可以騎共享電瓶車。這個城市最好的就是有共享電瓶車，到哪兒去都很方便。 房間真的很大。房間的床墊真的很舒服。一點也不軟。而且服務人員很好。晚上還給了糖水。

很滿意的一次入住體驗，訂了5間房，訂了房後會有客服主動聯繫，確認客人對房間有什麼需求，因本人是攜程黑鑽會員，有免費升級房型的權利，所以告知需要升級，還為外賓選一下好的房間，謝謝Linda和Carl幫我們升級到行政房，非常感謝！

汕頭中高檔酒店，環境衞生好，距汕頭南站17分鐘車程。周邊是商品樓住宅小區，離潮陽鬧市區約3公里。附近有公交站。

是潮陽規格最高的酒店了，前台大廳很歐式很豪華，房間乾淨，也專門去看了宴會廳和會議室，樓下餐廳我很大，整體入住體驗不錯

房間很大，乾淨衞生，樓下有快充樁。感謝linda的熱情服務，非常滿意。免費升級了雙早，房間內放了免費的水果小吃茶葉和牛奶，非常感謝客房管家，服務讓人感到舒心，下次還會選擇入住。
