Great location, easily access to shop,dine,and wine. Would appreciate Bidet(bum spray) to be installed. Sound proofing is decent , provides washing machine but not ample cloth hangers. Security and safety are reasonably sound. Outside of the compound availability of street vendors, they decently taste as different from each tastebuds. For starters, the best place is to pinpoint the drivers MixC shopping center, It's hard to go wrong on that . WIFI SPEED GOOD 👍

Our overall experience was very positive—the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant and welcoming environment. I would especially like to recognize the young lady who was on duty at the reception on the night of 25 October 2024. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but we had a memorable experience with her assistance. It was around 10:30 pm when my wife and I encountered difficulties connecting to the apartment’s Wi-Fi. Despite the late hour, she showed remarkable patience and kindness, helping us resolve the issue promptly and with genuine care. Her dedication and customer-focused attitude made a significant difference in our stay, and we felt genuinely valued as guests because of her professionalism and attentiveness. Employees like her truly enhance the reputation of your establishment, and I hope she receives recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. Service is good. Service crews are helpful. Some dust at sofa need to be cleaned, may be because the room is big for cleaning become a bit tough. Overall is perfect. Thanks for the hospitality. Will stay in this apartment again.

Service: The front desk lady had a good attitude, the instructions were very clear and she sent me a guide to Shantou, which gave me a very good experience. Facilities: The room has a refrigerator, sofa and washing machine, which is very suitable for family trips or backpackers traveling alone! Environment: It is right next to Shantou MixC, and it is very convenient to travel!

I came to Shantou for tourism and saw this apartment online. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were perfect, and there was a steam eye mask for free. The location was also very good, close to the Mixc and Longyan South Road Food Street. The owner also sent me travel tips and food tips very considerately. It was a very good travel experience! Recommended!

The room is nice, with more space than the standard hotel rooms. It is equipped with a projector and a screen to form a private cinema. You can watch most TV series with Tencent VIP. There is MixC downstairs, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and traveling. The night market downstairs is open until after 2 o'clock. Overall, it is a very cost-effective residence.

The service is good. There is a main reception desk. Shavers, mousse, and tea are all available. Two bottles of water are provided every day. The house is quite large, but there is only a single shower head. The location is excellent and the bus is very convenient.
