Hotels Near Aladdin Shopping Center in Sharm El Sheikh

In total i would advise any one to not visit the hotel ,after check in i find below points - room wasn’t clean , bathroom was disaster , there was water in floor like public bathroom in street , one of beds was broken and other mattresses was very hard to sleep , dust was in bedside table , curtain dirty , fridge was very dirty and has bad smell , safe box was locked , toilet seat tap was broken , water dropping from bathroom ceiling , no water & amenities , after we complained supervisor came and apologized for that and promised to clean it which he did but still maintenance issue are exist and not been fixed when you took shower whole bathroom flooded with water keep calling but phone wasn’t working and no phone book to direct us about hotel outlet or reception, you have surviving sue to reception not answering all times , i had to wait 45 min to open safe box and i had to wait for hour for bottle of water until i went by my self to bring water from them , they told we lack of staff so what i have to do , if it is like that you don’t receive guest till you tix you issue . - food in restaurant are disaster, variety are limited and not well organized and not tasty , when we spoke to restaurant manager to arrange the place he said that if you don’t like the hotel you can check out ,very surprising reply from person considering as manager of the outlet , then following day we found insect in one of food dishes in breakfast (vermicelli with milk ) we couldn’t continue the stay there and decide to shorten the stay and look for another hotel as , we can’t deal anymore with that irresponsible management . Only thing i like animation shows in theater

First of all, the hotel is very clean, the sea and the pools are incredibly beautiful. You see all kinds of fish in the sea. There are hot pools for children. They are very good at cleaning. I think the restaurants are sufficient, you can find something to eat and drink. I would like to thank Mohammed Ali, Ahmed Yahia and Ahmed Essam who work at the restaurant. They took special care of us every day. The Animation Team is an excellent, very friendly team. I also thank them. Of course, everything is not perfect, but I think it is the best hotel you can go to with your family. Thank you Pickalbatros Royal Moderna.

This was our first stay here obviously I wanted to stay with a decent center. I can say that every single email sent prior to coming out was answered fully and honestly, Karen was so easy to deal with, took time to make us feel welcome, the hotel reception we’re brilliant, the restaurant staff were superb, food excellent and all the boat crew just so helpful. Our dive guides were brilliant, kind friendly and didn’t get annoyed with myself or my son when we made mistakes, they were just brilliant. A lot of our fellow divers had been holidaying with oonas for many years and although it was our first time everyone mucks in together and looks out for each other. I can’t thank karen and Peter enough, just lovely lovely people who made sure our holiday was as good as they could make it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found this hotel on the last day and made a reservation. I stayed in Sharm El Sheikh for 5 days and regretted that I should have found it earlier. I participated in snorkeling on the tour the day before, but I couldn't snorkel because of the rough weather, and I ended up turning back, but when I learned that I could snorkel here, I found a lot of coral and fish. I was really happy because I came to Sharm El Sheikh for the purpose of snorkeling. It was a short time so I would like to stay longer next time.

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

We got back from our 7 night stay here yesterday, and we are already missing the hotel and country so much! Everything is perfect, the rooms are huge and super clean, the staff are so helpful and funny, the food is fantastic, the pools are checked and cleaned everyday. I swear the cleaners don't stop! The animation team wasn't a big team but they were fantastic with our little ones aged 4 and 6, we all joined in on the activities. The location to naama is excellent! We did the safari whilst there and we loved it that much we did it twice. The boat trip is stunning especially white island! Wished we stayed for longer than 7 nights. But we will already looking to come back for longer next time! Thankyou to everyone who made our stay AMAZING, I would rate you 10* if I could xx love from the UK

We stayed here from the 12th to the 24th of August and travelled as a family of 6. As a family we had a fantastic time weather was very hot, everywhere was clean and tidy and they supplied a free towel service staff are very friendly and nothing was ever too much for them. The hotel also provided free buses everyday to 2 beaches sandy beach where you can do all the activities that happen in the day at the hotel or coral beach which is more for snorkeling to see all the tropical fish and coral and all free bus in the evening to Sharm and to the old market. There was daytime activities such as yoga, aqua aerobics beanbag game etc and in the evening there was a mini disco followed by a different act. Food was always hot and something’s were cooked while you waited. Special staff mentions go to Youseef, Ayman and Magda in the restaurant, Samir at the pool bar, entertainment team, the room cleaners and sorry didn’t get his name but the young man who works s at the towel service they all where always smiling and so helpful. The restaurant staff always got a table of 6 ready straight away, after a few days we even had a round of drinks at the table as soon as we sat down. Great pool party, aqua aerobics and yoga, and again after a few days are towels where laid out for us on the sun loungers we had been using, parasols where put up straight away when needed and we started to get a different towel arrangement everyday on our bed (the kids loved going back to the room at the end of the day to see what had been made) The only negatives we would say is that some of the food could be very repetitive and found for us as a family the lunchtime food better than the evenings and also that the evening entertainment could of been better quality and possibly on for a little longer as by 9:30pm everything had finished (we packed uno). But as a whole we would definitely go back!! Thank you St George you made our holiday.

It is about a 25-minute drive from the airport and the hotel can provide a shuttle service. The bus costs $ 7.5 per person and the special car costs $ 35. The hotel's internal facilities are complete. The luxurious sea-view suites we ordered can enjoy free steaming and spa services. Extra beds and cots are available. The only drawback is that the food is not rich enough. The Middle Eastern-style buffet has almost no Chinese food. You can order coffee, local drinks and other special drinks. The scenery of the hotel is very beautiful. In addition, the hotel is near Farsha coffee, 3 minutes by taxi.
