酒店位置比較獨特，位於金丸島，需要在固定停車場停好車後乘坐擺渡船上島，橫穿過新安江，體驗不錯！酒店整體環境非常不錯，服務也很到位，管家熱情解決各種問題。在酒店看了星空，看到了孔雀，看了捕魚表演，遺憾的是沒看到雲海！住的琵琶屋唯一的問題是衞生間確實比較小，如果在意的可以往上再定大一點的房間！

房間還行，有點木味道，酒店在江對岸，環境很美，偶遇了一衹禿尾孔雀，邊上就是九姓捕魚景點，餐廳味道還可以，推薦！

1. WiFi 是壞的，來修了也不行，衹能換房間！
2. 床單不乾淨.上面有**的毛髮，很噁心！
3. 叫阿姨來換床單，我們人在房間裏……她敲了一聲門……第二聲時候就自己直接用門卡開了我們的房間的門……嚇的我們直接坐起來了，然後很大聲的説她們天天換床單！我就和她們對峙……
4. 在那麼多植被開的酒店、蚊香液居然是壞的……
5. 吃早飯的時候……早飯簡單先不説、服務員是當地的老太太，手黑黑的，直接把紅薯和饅頭抓到盤子裏……真的膈應……
6.預訂酒店的時候，定錯了……店主説不能退……一定要看到新單子才能撤銷之前的訂單……

水畔住的101，户型方正、裝修別緻、床品舒適。陽枱面向新安江和綿潭村，景緻也不錯，休息得很好。
酒店的餐品也還不錯，吃住體驗非常滿意
但是，服務體驗差強人意，已經提前電話確認泳池24小時開放，但去到現場泳池水都綠了，酒店告知天氣涼了無法保障能正常使用。我訂度假的酒店，泳池是必選項，但從沒有遇到這種離譜的體驗，如果無法提供設施應該如實告知，而不是騙來客人後再攤牌。
行李服務也差強人意，可能是過節人手不足吧。總之，不會再選擇這裏了。
