To be honest, the reason for giving a bad review is not because of the bad hygiene, environment, service, and facilities, but I just want to express my displeasure: I stayed in Longhua Mansion for two days during this trip to Shenmu, and I experienced that it varies from person to person. The breakfast on the first day was small but exquisite, with black truffle fried rice, authentic pasta, and pure milk taste. However, on the second day, the standard of breakfast plummeted. The pasta was gone, and the black truffle fried rice turned into ordinary egg fried rice. The other hot dishes were also large and rough, and the milk was diluted with water. Haha, could it be that the guests who had breakfast this morning were individual tourists instead of business elites, so this is the case? When I stayed at Hengyuan International before, it was not so blatant and open. If the hotel behaves like this, isn’t it discriminating against different customer groups? Shenmu has so many hotels and there are many options to choose from. It would be meaningless for such a large hotel to have such a small layout.
