情懷比較重要吧，類似招待所設施了，但是都完好，可以正常使用。地段非常方便，中山廣場歷史建築羣就值得逛大半天

很有年代感和歷史感的老酒店，連旋轉樓梯上都鋪設着防滑牛皮。
服務尚可，就是設施太久了，洗手間下水道返味兒嚴重，還有上一位住客留下的垃圾，關門抽風的擋不住，住了一天趕緊跑了。
有歷史的酒店可以老可以舊，屬於歲月沉澱，但是不能破更不能臟，可惜了這樣的建築。

第一站選這間旅店我覺得是我做的比較正確的決定，為2點：
1.身臨其境感受瀋陽曾經的歷史和建築風格。這家賓館確實有這個歷史沉澱在這裏，很多開國將領比如毛澤東和陳雲都在這裏下榻過，我也願意這份歷史感買單。
2.房間裏的瀋陽歷史介紹書籍，可以讓我這個首次過來旅遊的人能最短時間瞭解這個城市，這個價值是很多其他酒店不能提供的，也是這個酒店給我這趟旅遊帶來的最大收穫，非常感謝。
但是也正因如此，對於這家酒店有更高要求，反應下體驗過程中一些問題。
1.我入住的是323房間，這個房間地漏有非常大的氨氣味，衞生間關了門，還是會有味道瀰漫在整個房間。
2.服務方面有欠缺。酒店沒有瀋陽旅遊指南介紹 ，推廣瀋陽文旅文化;外賣和快遞不能送上樓，賓館員工也不會送到房間，衹能自己下去取。
3.酒店最有價值的歷史介紹書籍還藏在抽屜裏，我要沒開抽屜都看不到。
説實話，從消費者角度來説，作為一個歷史老店，你們這家店最大的優勢在歷史和文化，將自己的優勢不最大化體現出來，服務和衞生優勢又沒有新開酒店做的好 ，那過來住的旅客為啥要為你們買單呢？
請一定要解決房間氨氣味問題，這是酒店行業生命線，雖然是老酒店，應該也有解決辦法。酒店的歷史該是它的加分項，你們的服務和衞生也該配得上它曾經有過的歷史，而不應該把它的歷史變為賓館唯一項。

住在附近小夥伴可以先去西塔故宮，後去北陵。
