The hotel environment is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and convenient parking. The hotel has more than 70 rooms. The rooms are very soundproofed and cleaned once a day. Each room has its own independent Wi-Fi and the Internet speed is extremely fast. We booked a room for the college entrance examination. The hotel specially decorated each room for candidates and posted blessings on the door of each room. I took a few photos, but there are many that I haven't taken. Breakfast is usually at 7 o'clock. First of all, this time breakfast was specially prepared for the candidates half an hour in advance. You can tell the hotel what you want to eat and have it cooked separately. It is rich in nutrition and tastes particularly good. The lobby on the first floor is spacious and bright. There is a supermarket with cheap prices and complete varieties. The restaurant is also on the first floor and the environment is good. It can be called a five-star hotel in Shenyang. The manager also escorted the college entrance examination throughout the entire process and was always in the store to ensure the safety of every step. The check-in experience was very good. If necessary, I will come again next time

The environment is beautiful, the location is good, the transportation is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and sanitary, the service staff are very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help, and the breakfast is abundant. The facilities are very user-friendly, the high-speed network signal is good, and the scenery outside the window is good. There is a special opening service, and the design of the small decorations in the room is also very distinctive. Good value for money, will stay next time

The location is very convenient, near Shenyang Railway Station and near the pedestrian street. The staff can speak English and they are very welcoming! The room basically has got everything that you might need inside and it’s also very clean! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will come back for sure 👍🏼

The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the Shenyang Railway station. What l liked the most, is that the staff speaks English, which makes checking in and out easy. The breakfast menu was was also fair, with a range of western food. The hotel does need a bit of renovation, but for the price . It’s a good serviced hotel, with a washing machine, stove and fridge. The rooms are also spacious

When I came to Shenyang, I once again chose Swissotel to stay. The fat little girl at the front desk, EmilY, still had a bright smile. She was particularly warm and thoughtful. Many things were considered from the guest's perspective, which was very in line with the service standards of a five-star hotel. , I will choose to stay in this hotel next time I come to Shenyang.

Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

Everything is good except taxi or hailing car can not pick up and drop off to the hotel lobby, so it's a bit annoying if you need to pull luggages across to the road side especially in snow! Today morning, an power outage happened in the surrounding including this hotel, we need to walk down 15 floors carrying luggage because we need to check out and going to airport, even though a staff has helped. Anyway, they try to do the best and have prepared take away breakfast for anyone who like it.

The room was okay, nothing to quite brag about besides the bidet toilet seat. However, the front desk lady was very hospitable. I only asked her what the check out time was, and she offered me an extra 2 hours by goodwill.
