The breakfast offers a diverse selection, though the preparation of some items could be enhanced. However, I encountered an issue with the lady manager who spoke to me in a rude manner at the Front Office Desk, whose rude demeanor was unprofessional and indicative of a need for further training or reassignment, as she does not exemplify the qualities expected of a good manager.

The bed in the business king room of the hotel is very big, and a family of three or four can stay there. The short-haired lady at the front desk is very cute🥰

The front desk staff was very efficient and professional, which reduced my waiting time at check-in. Plus, there are many cultural and tourism attractions nearby, and the hotel's amenities are excellent, really anticipating guests' needs. The duty manager was incredibly patient and helpful in resolving an issue I had. I'm very satisfied with both the facilities and the service. Highly recommend it to everyone!

The transportation is very convenient. The hotel has a subway station. It is close to the Liming Hotel and almost parked the wrong parking space (10 yuan per hour for Liming parking). Fortunately, the security guard saw at the door and asked me to move the car to the hotel parking space (free parking for the hotel). The environment in the house is simple and clean, and the room is big enough. I can't sleep on a mattress that is too soft because of my waist, so I deliberately tried to lie down on the mattress first. The service was very thoughtful. I needed something to send it to my room immediately. There should be a lot of people in the hotel, but fortunately, I didn't noisy me. I went downstairs early in the morning and encountered a crew who was getting the boot ceremony. The overall feeling is very good, there is a chance to patronize!

For my first night in Shenyang, I chose this hotel. The room was quite spacious, but the bedding and duvet were all damp. They felt as if they had been put on before being completely dry. To make matters worse, even the pillow inserts were damp! The housekeeper offered to change them, explaining that it was due to Shenyang's seasonal humidity, and any replacements would likely be similar. As I had already put on my own disposable duvet cover, I decided not to bother with a change. I also asked about switching rooms, but she mentioned other rooms would probably be just as damp, so I just put up with it for the night. The next day, I switched hotels and experienced no dampness at all.

The room is large, the basic facilities are complete, one bath towel, one towel, two small square towels, a free bottle of water, and the shower is strong. The overall situation of the room is more in line with the occupancy price, the pillow and quilt smell are very big, the parking in the yard is convenient, and the parking fee is capped at 15 yuan. The owner's service attitude is very good. The overall stay experience is not bad

It's also very close to Metro Line 2, about 400 meters away, and only four stops from the airport by metro. The rooms have modern decor, and the bathrooms are superb. As a relatively new hotel, only three years old, the facilities are great, the linens are clean, and the management is well-organized with top-notch service. My stay was fantastic. The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The breakfast spread is rich, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options, showcasing its unique culinary style. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenyang. It's also a great choice for self-driving travelers, with convenient parking and easy access.
