I have returned to my hometown after 20 years, and the familiar city is already a foreigner to me. Ctrip chose a hotel with a very impressive name. Because of the delay of the high-speed rail, Ctrip helped to negotiate and modify the order in time. After checking in, a girl with a badge with a poem on it quickly helped to check in. The twin beds are spacious enough. The twin beds are bigger than other hotels, the air conditioner works well, and the room service is prompt. The lobby manager ~ Xiaomei also contacted and communicated in time, and all the services I needed were provided in time. The variety and taste of the breakfast buffet are very good, and the children enjoyed it very much. There are quite a lot of meetings in the building. I will stay here next time I come back. There is iced lemonade in the lobby for guests to cool off. It seems that there is still a lot of space for some high-end ice cream and tea drinks. The hot summer is coming. I wish the business will be better and better, and Liaoning's economy will also develop rapidly.

The hotel architecture is absolutely beautiful. Anywhere I walk within the hotel is spacious, modern and really just gorgeous. I definitely wished I could have stayed longer - the bed and bathtub themselves were beyond cozy. The swimming pool is crystal blue, open all year round, and kept at 28 celcius. Daily kitchen is located on the top floor with, again, beautiful architect and window views. Hospitality of the staff was well beyond also. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the attendant lead me out of my taxi and insisted on carrying my bags, while more attendants kept opening doors for me and leading me to the front desk and then to my room. They explained everything while in my room too. The front desk lady offered me late check out right upon request. And the friendly waitress in the daily kitchen stayed within my presence just so she could be attentive to all my needs. I truly have never felt so welcomed in a hotel before.

Great experience; appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone, from concierge to front office, housekeeping to restaurant and lounge. Also loved the stunning bird’s eye view of Shenyang and the cozy night view in the evening!! Only one slight disappointment: the hotel doesn’t have any international sockets (albeit being an international brand - not sure if that’s the norm in China though). Plus-point was when the call centre staff took the initiative to send their concierge member to buy an adapter for me when I called them and was told that they didn’t have any adapters available in the hotel at that point in time to lend me. Really appreciated the initiative. Though the concierge member brought the wrong type of adapter (China to UK instead UK to China - thought that should be at least commonsensical for someone working in an international brand); and he was slightly unpleasant to deal with when he demanded for payment for the adaptor even though the wrong type was bought. He was also hesitant to escalate the issue to the duty manager at first until I really insisted. Duty manager resolved the issue seamlessly, took the initiative to bring one from their office and sent all the way to my room - again appreciate it. Overall, great environment and professional but warm hospitality. All other concierge members were also extremely helpful! Jacky also took initiative to send me a GPS location of the nearby police post when I needed to settle some documents there.

The front desk is small The sister and brother are very enthusiastic, and the service with a smile is very warm. The hotel is very close to the Financial Center subway station and various attractions. It is a ten-minute walk to Laobei City and a half-hour walk to Xita Food Street. The starting price of a taxi is great. It is great to go to the Forbidden City and Shuai Mansion. Very close to Shenyang North Railway Station. The four of us walked to the hotel and walked to the North Railway Station after checking out. The location is excellent. I must give it five points.

We lived for a day, the apartment has air conditioning, a washing machine, a kettle, a hairdryer, towels, a shower, shampoo and shower gel, a TV, wi-fi, a wardrobe, 2 large beds, there is a shop next to the house, a shopping center, many cafes nearby. The prices are good! The only negative is the elevator, in which we got stuck for 40 minutes, it’s good that there were Chinese in the elevator, and we are Russians, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to call for help .. it was very scary, dark, hot, the woman became ill, there was a panic. Tip: if you use the elevator, be sure to take water with you when you go outside, and do not sit in the elevator alone. There was no connection in the elevator, the Chinese were screaming and asking for help.

Since I have to go to the ticket office in the early morning, this place provides me the best location to there. Overall the room is good maintained, and it's easy to check in. The landlord is nice, and she will help you to check in even it's really late time. I need to mention this place is also in the center of a business district, and thus it's really easy to get all kinds of food and all etc. for entertainment. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a one night stay only, and not something luxury.
