The hotel is located at a very good position. The river bank park is within 5 mins walking and it is not bad and good for morning or evening walk. The bed sheets are very clean and comfortable. 4-6 bottles of complimentary drinking water are provided a day The staff of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. I had a document to copy in an evening time when the shops were closed due to the late hours. I just passed by the receiption area, so I just asked the staff at the counter if they have a copying machine. In fact, they don't have a photo copier. They just have a printer with copy function. The printer is installed at a pretty low position, and need to squat down to operate it. Xiao Song, a very friendly and nice lady, helped me to make 2 copies of my document while she needed to serve other clients at the counter at the same time. She had to squat down few times to complete the whole document. Thank you so much Xiao Song. The hotel lift is a bit slow and waiting time is a bit longer. You may need to press the same button more than once for a ride.
