Customer service was great. Well equipped with modern facilities such as washing machine with dryer, kitchen and fridge. Room was clean and WiFi was strong.

The surrounding facilities are complete, and major supermarkets, pedestrian streets and office buildings are readily available. Zhongxing Commercial Building, Parkson Shopping Center, Jiuwu Cultural City, Wal-Mart Store and wanda plaza are all close at hand. Great hotel for this price. Walking distance to SY train station. Would definitely choose it again. Entrance / Lobby is not so obvious to find. But still no issue.

The location is very convenient, near Shenyang Railway Station and near the pedestrian street. The staff can speak English and they are very welcoming! The room basically has got everything that you might need inside and it’s also very clean! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will come back for sure 👍🏼

The hotel is perfectly located near the train station and pedestrian street, shopping centers. Good breakfasts. The room is spacious but cold, especially the bathroom. Taking a bath is uncomfortable.

The location is convenient and the house is clean and quiet. I'm quite satisfied. There is also a convenience supermarket downstairs. You can buy some snacks, drinks and other things when you come back in the evening. Walk to the two intersections of Taiyuan Street, not far away. The Le Méridien Hotel is right opposite and the location is very easy to find. Just a road apart!

When I chose a meal to eat, I brought me a bowl of hot noodle soup, and there was actually a poached egg inside. The eldest sister said, Is it a cold to hear you talk and have a nose? I said yes, the eldest sister said that hurry up and eat hot noodle soup, your body is warm, just sweat, I also asked me to go out and wear more. Shenyang has cooled down in the past two days. It is really warm. I have been cured at once. After eating hot soup noodles, I feel that I have a cold. I have been warm. I have heard that Atour's service is very good. This time I really experienced it. It's really like a family. And the hotel's facilities and equipment are also very perfect, the bedding is really very comfortable, especially the pillows are too comfortable, the front desk staff's service is also very good, very warm, really recommended!

Bring your father to Shenyang to check up. The hotel is in a good location and very safe. It is mainly close to the Chinese Medical University. The boss is very good and very kind. I took the indoor environment by myself and the hygiene is very good. I will go to Shenyang to check up in June and will stay at this hotel.

There were a lot of people during the Spring Festival, but the room was still very clean and tidy. The room facilities are just fine. The TV and air conditioner are quite new. The spring bed is average and creaks a bit when I turn over. The amount of water in the bathroom shower is average. I don't know if it's the water pressure or the nozzle problem, but the hot water supply is sufficient. The lady at the front desk has a very enthusiastic service attitude and is very considerate in her words. The soundproofing effect of the door is particularly poor, and one can clearly hear what anyone standing at the door is saying. The windows of the room I stayed in were not very well sealed. After cooling down at night, there was obvious air leakage. I needed to take a bag to tighten the curtains. Overall it's good, it's economical and practical to stay overnight for only a day or two.
