We decided to book again because the hotel manager was so amazing! Ordering food is so fun when their own personal robot calls you on the phone and is faithfully at the door to deliver to you! In the morning there is a traditional Chinese breakfast buffet. Even while doing business in Shenzhen as an education consultant, it was the comfortable beds that truly made the difference for a good night sleep or afternoon nap. I stayed here for a week for business. Traveling was not an issue as there were plenty of cabs nearby the area. It was also very convenient to get food delivery. The hotel’s robot can deliver the item directly to your door step which is AMAZING! The hotel was new and the bedding and toiletries were of pretty good quality. The staffs were responsible and friendly. It’s a very comfortable stay overall except for a few areas for improvement : 1. Improve the variety and quality of the breakfast. 2. Provide ironing service or tools (it will help business travellers a lot) 3. Increase the brightness of the bathroom lighting (for makeup purposes) Thanks!
