Room was clean and the welcome fruits were appreciated, proximity to Gaoxin South metro station was also good. However, the housekeeping losing a sock of mine in laundry service left a bad taste on the overall experience!

Excellent stay at UrCove thanks to the dedicated service and follow-up from their manager Katrina. She handled everything from booking, to check-in, stay follow-up etc. Looking forward to my next stay in and hopefully will be able to enjoy the room a bit longer. UrCove by Hyatt is in the middle of the Nanshan Hi-Tech Park so a lot of offices and lack of residential facilities but still some good spot for restaurants/malls close by and covey convenient/central to navigate in Shenzhen.

Good place but there is no restaurant around. Moreover, there is no view around.

urcove is aways my first choice. hotel is barely 2 months old and is very clean. breakfast is decent as well. The front staff was very kind especially in assisting with taxi arrangement kudos to the gentleman Da Bai for his assistance with the didi and luggage.

Great facility by Hyatt located at a secluded IT industry area, but still very centralized for entertainment and sightseeing. Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

Location is good, about 10 mins walk to the MRT. Hotel is new. Room facility is good and tastefully designed.
