I checked into this hotel on short notice. The parking location is convenient and the front desk service is very good and attentive. The hygiene is good in all aspects. I will choose to stay here next time I pass by.

Very bad experience, extremely low cost performance, old facilities, very irresponsible front desk and service staff, very bad attitude. Never give such a bad review to a hotel. We booked a standard twin room. As soon as we entered the room, there was a very ugly smell of cigarettes and a smell of unwashed pillows. The next day, I got up and wanted to take a shower. I said I was in a hurry and hoped that someone could be sent to help me fix it. It took nearly half an hour for someone to come. The hotel transportation is very inconvenient. It is a long way from the subway entrance and bus station. The price is not much different from some hotels near the business district in Nanshan District. Avoid it!

I rarely comment unless I'm really dissatisfied. The main reason for booking this hotel is that it's close to Hongqiao. Apart from the location advantage, everything else is average. The hotel has a sense of age, the suite layout is very average, the bathroom sewer is blocked and the drainage is very slow, the room curtains have very poor blackout curtains, and the suite room I stayed in was close to the swimming pool. After 4 pm, the people swimming were very noisy and I was woken up in the afternoon. The other thing I was most dissatisfied with was the air conditioner. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat. No matter how much you set it, it won't cool down. You need to adjust the air conditioner repeatedly to cool it down. The breakfast was very bad and there was nothing to eat. I will never consider staying here next time. I found that there is a Hilton Hotel next to Hongqiao Park with a good location and I recommend it.

I participated in the equestrian competition held in Guangming District. After comparison, I chose Xin Runhua Hotel. I was very satisfied after checking in. The sheets and quilts were very clean.
