Excellent service, front desk very attentive. Room was very clean and new. Location was convenient, within 10 minutes to train station and shopping mall.

The hotel staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very new as it has operated for only two weeks when we stayed there, hence the cleanliness level was very high. Unfortunately, the water pressure for shower on our floor was not high enough. Yet the hotel immediately arranged us to stay in another room and even arranged an upgrade. We were satisfied with their arrangement, would recommend other people to stay in the same hotel.

The hotel is very new and tidy. The only nitpick is that the bathroom design is too open and there is no obstruction. The glass door has a magnet to close it, so there is no way to avoid the sound every time the door is closed.

The hotel is close to the popular Hongqiao Park. There is a golf course next to it. It is very good for business trips.

This time we will visit Hongqiao again after a month. Because I had a very good experience staying at this hotel last time, I chose to stay here again. This is the worst Hilton hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't know if it's because of the new renovation, but there were all kinds of explosion noises late at night.
