Hotel is not near train station. Room is clean. Breakfast is acceptable.

The front desk service is slow. Otherwise, this is an average hotel in Bao An, about 10-min walk from the metro.

Stay in Shenzhen too late and luckily find a twins bed hotel and bring 2 kids to stay here for 1 night. Hotel is a bit far from downtown but lots of restaurant nearby. There is a night market nearby and you can grab lots of tasty street foods back to hotel to enjoy. The room i stayed is near the main road and it is quite noisy even though I have upgraded to a higher floor. Staffs are nice and helpful. I guess to maintain good sleep, i may not stay in this hotel again.

It was a very good stay. I stayed in three hotels in Shenzhen this time. Orange Hotel is really a hotel with high cost performance and good quality service. Very bad trip! In the hotel elevator, my foot was crushed by the food delivery robot and it swelled up immediately! The hotel did nothing and didn't come up with a decent solution for a long time. They were incompetent! The water was hot and cold when I took a shower! The windows haven't been cleaned for several years, they are all patinaed!

這是我第二次入住桔子酒店，因為上一次入住體驗很好，所以才再一次入住桔子，但今次比上一次更加有驚喜，入住時已經馬上升級房間，房間冷氣非常足夠 ，本來擔心7月住酒店冷氣會不夠，但住了兩晚都瞓得很舒服，酒店位置不錯，去天虹，大仟里及夜市都十分方便，附近亦有1 號線及11號線地鐵可選擇，而令我最難忘是在退房後，我退房後跟太太在大堂拍照留念，但有一職員叫西西前來幫我們拍照，服務非常好，我們之前都有讚好酒店，但今次是我第一次點名讚好洒店職員的，我之前都入住過很多酒店但西西是唯一令我留下深刻印象的一個
