Ok to stay for a day. Bathroom lock was broken.. lack of consistent hot water in shower.. not as shown in images… location is the best. Rest all is average.

The entrance to this facility was at the back of a building, and then register to enter before taking the elevator to the 12th floor. The office was an unassuming unit located just off the elevator. We were given a room on the 10th floor. We noticed some rooms were occupied by businesses and wondered if this was the case on every floor. In any event the room we booked and paid for and what we got was definitely different not only from the picture on the booking page but was also different in size and configuration. And it reeked of smoke, no wonder, even an ashtray was provided. The room was just cleaned minutes before, but even considering the dated equipment, it was barely acceptable. There was an aged lumpy king bed, aged loveseat with coffee table, a student dorm-sized fridge that was not plugged in, plus a wash basin with a faucet barely screwed down, needing both hands to operate in the room. A TV, desk and chair, kettle with 2 mugs. There was no closet, just a clothes rack with an assortment of hangers. Two types of bedroom slippers were also provided. The air-conditioning was uncontrollable... The ensuite bath had a shower with shampoo and shower gel, wash basin, toilet and washing machine with laundry detergent. It also had the usual disposable toothbrushes, shower cap, comb, shaver and cotton buds. Only two bath-sized towels were provided. The entrance door let in noises from the corridor, and facing the back of the building not much noise from the ground, though undiscernible with the window shut. However, the room was definitely in need of major renovations. Though the location was good, we feel we have been victims of false advertising and cannot recommend this facility.

I booked a European-style deluxe room, but I couldn't see the European style at all. It was completely inconsistent with the promotional picture. The fabric sofa was covered with a lot of dust. The faucet in the bathroom is very short, and you will always touch the wash basin when washing your hands.

Environment: Generally, the mattresses are old and uneven. Cleanliness: Very bad, the room smells so bad😷

Hygiene: The worst thing is the air conditioner and air in the house, it smells very bad.

1. The soundproofing of the room was very poor. I was playing games at one or two o'clock in the morning in the next room. The voices of people talking were very clear, and the sound of the corridor was also very clear. I didn't sleep well at all. 2. There is a lot of garbage under the bed, and there are smelly socks in the cabinet! 3. The room equipment is outdated. Won't come back a second time.

I am very happy to stay here. It is next to Wenheyou and Dongmen. It is also close to Shuibei. You can go swimming without any worries.

The service is very good, the equipment is very old, the hygiene is not so good, the room is not as good as the picture, if you mind, don't stay here...

Needless to say about hygiene, I felt like something was crawling on the bed as soon as I lay on the bed. Not to mention the bath towel falling off, I found it was covered in lint. One of them had a big hole in it and I gave it to the guests. It was really bad. The service is worse than dozens of hotels outside. I feel very depressed as soon as I enter the room. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I will never book with you again next time.
