很喜歡這個房間的格局 特別喜歡這個大飄窗 坐在這個大飄窗用餐心情都變美麗了 周邊很熱鬧也有很多吃的可以選擇 位置蠻好找的 福海西地鐵 B 口出來一直直走就能找到啦～ 前台服務也很棒 訂單出了一點點問題很快就解決了 給這個服務點個大大的贊 衞生什麼的也 ok 馬桶旁邊放着一個消毒濕巾這個真好評了 太有心了～

訂了大床房，因為帶孩子出門所以床上用品四件套我們自己帶，孩子的浴巾也自己帶了，沒想過用酒店的毛巾浴巾類，，，，然後入住的時候發現啥都沒配，衹有一條毛巾，，住一晚就退房了，，結果退房一個鐘後連環打電話找我們，説我們退房把酒店的所以東西帶走了，包括兩天浴巾兩條毛巾什麼的，，我直接讓調監控查清楚，然後下午才接到電話説是兼職客房服務員搞錯了休假了聯繫不上什麼的，，，整個過程我們是懵的。然後回想起來，入住的時候被子沒套好，床單也是臟的，明顯就是上個客人住了沒有搞好衞生和換新的被子被單包括其中留下的一條毛巾也是被用過的，，，，？？？？？什麼破酒店

被控10層電梯裏，以後都不敢坐電梯裏，到了10層怎麼都不開，10樓吃完飯拿着行李又走到一層，遲到誤事，設備太危險了，定期都不檢修的嗎？

很差！第二次入住了，每次都住好幾天，這次房間門鎖一直有問題，早上出門上班說了有問題！到晚上回來還是一樣有問題，最扯的是換了一間房間還是一樣有問題！服務人員的萬能房卡都打不開，只能用實體鑰匙開，每次打不開都折騰好久！好多間房間客人都反應一樣問題但卻完全沒改善！差

我原訂的是標準雙床房，前台幫我升級了商務雙床房，服務很貼心。我最喜歡這的床墊軟硬適中，一覺睡到天亮。早餐品種也多口味合適，十樓吃早餐的地方還有個露天花園漂亮，一次很好的住宿體驗。
