Fietser Residence is such an amazing place to stay at. The staff members are extremely friendly, so accommodating and go the extra mile for one. The place that we stayed in is a little dated but it was lovely staying in the apartment as it was clean and it provided everything we needed. There is some mold on the wallpaper here and there as can be seen in the pictures but other than that the place was spotless and the hotel literally thinks of everything. They provide shaving blades, earplugs and just small details that most other hotels don't have and the beds are extremely soft and comfortable plus they provided a crib for our daughter. The cleaning staff also cleans the rooms daily and provides new towels and bedding should you require. Just a heads up, you will have to pay a 1000RMB deposit which will be returned once you leave the hotel and nothing is broken. Also, the TV's are really outdated and they only have cable connection so no smart TVs. There is wifi though so I would suggest taking your own TV box/stick just to keep yourself entertained. Don't forget your charger bricks as well because they don't have USB ports. Breakfast, is also great and they have a variety of Chinese and western food. The area itself is also great, not too far from the metro and Coco park mall is also close plus there are many restaurants and shops around to explore.

Decent and affordable place a little out of the center. 10 minute walk to Xiangmihu Metro Station and 20 minute walk to Coco Park. 5 minute walk down the street at Xinwen Road there's a Starbucks, 7-11, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, 85, Mannings and other restaurants.

Great place.

The location is very close to Futian central area and can be reached within ten minutes by taxi. It is a quiet residential area. There is a kitchen, two bathrooms, a large refrigerator, which is very convenient On the 16th floor, the view is average. There is only one window in the bedroom that can barely see the central area.

I booked the hotel because it has a kitchen for cooking. It is relatively old, but it is acceptable. However, the facilities and maintenance need to be improved. We stayed in room 1401. The kettle was broken. Is one of the lights on the dining table broken? It's bright and I don't know if it's the TV in the living room that's broken or the remote control that can't be turned on.

I spent my anniversary with my girlfriend and wanted to book the same room I booked two years ago, but it was rented out for a long time. They helped to upgrade the room for free, and also helped to decorate it carefully. They also sent a cake. It was a great surprise and thank you very much.

The shop is in Jingtian District, with some shops nearby. The rooms are large and the decoration is very unique. The water temperature in the shower cannot be raised. It is too cold to take a bath. The location is close to Xiangmi Lake and it is very convenient to go to Sam's.

The service is very good, the environment is hygienic, the equipment and supplies are complete, and the room is very spacious, suitable for a family of three or four, and the price is not expensive and has high cost performance.
