The hotel staff are very welcoming and have a good service attitude. They also helped to delay the check-out time. Breakfast is provided in the lobby from 7:30 to 9:30, which is very suitable for office workers who get up early to meet their breakfast needs. The room is very clean and tidy, the shower water is fast, the dry and wet separation is very good, and the facilities and equipment are very complete. The surrounding environment is very good, the transportation is very convenient, and it is only a few dozen meters away from the subway. There is a food court nearby with lots of things to eat. The overall experience is very good! ! !

前台服務熱情，入住時幫忙升級了房型，升級後的房間很大，光線明亮温馨；房間設施完善，房間自帶冰箱洗衣機。房間衞生乾淨舒適，酒店距離口岸比較近，位置便利，旁邊就是雙線地鐵，去香港玩很方便。自助早餐豐盛營養，用餐時間充裕，退房時前台還幫忙延遲退房時間，很不錯！

前台小姐姐服務細心周到，酒店位置方便，出門就是6、7號線地鐵口，酒店距離羅湖、福田口岸都很近，地鐵路程基本上半個小時左右。酒店小區收費停車場收費優惠，15/晚封頂。房間挺乾淨的，也蠻安靜，預訂的房間窗户很大，窗外環境蠻好。周邊還有一條美食街和大型商場，無論吃飯還是逛街都很不錯喲，推薦

設施：酒店設施很全面，房間裏自帶洗衣機、冰箱，很方便。電梯是需要刷卡運行的，很安全。 衞生：房間寬敞明亮，收拾的乾淨 環境：距離地鐵站很近，步行一兩分鐘，且酒店位置處於市中心，特別方便。 服務：前台工作人員很親切，入住時會給我遞上茶水，因為臨時有朋友一起入住，還幫忙申請免費幫我升級房型，很友善。 這家酒店給我很多驚喜，酒店的自助早餐味道也很棒，每一位工作人員都很熱情，停車也方便收費很優惠！下次去深圳的話還會選擇入住！

酒店的工作人員服務都很好，非常的熱心友善，因為我第一次來不熟悉，找不到入口，給前台打電話，工作人員非常耐心的指引我怎麼走。酒店附近的交通方便，6號線和7號線都有，步行幾步路而已，出行還是非常方便的！酒店大堂的環境很清新雅緻。房間的床很軟很舒服，休息的很好，設施設備齊全，房間整體的感覺很乾凈、舒適，房間空間挺大，有個大窗户通風挺好，很不錯！

職員態度好很好。房間、厠所很整潔，床褥用品也很乾淨，無有味道。就連雪櫃也很乾淨無異味。還有就是很多衣架，5個人也夠用，我太太最讚揚。
只是部份天花、牆身略舊。
