She said: The rooms were reserved in advance by others (there were obviously many empty rooms). She must insist that I pay 30 yuan to upgrade (meaning that I have to pay to upgrade the room type, and I can't upgrade if I don't pay). She deliberately added money when there were obviously many empty rooms. The female receptionist said that others had made reservations. Then I also made reservations. I came first (to check in). Shouldn't I give it to those who came first? We all booked online. I checked the room type with her, and I said, "You know I'm an old customer, why do you always deliberately arrange the smallest room type? In the past, other front desks were very satisfied with the arrangements and upgraded to light luxury rooms or executive king-size rooms. Why did the female front desk not upgrade several times when the room was full or booked in advance? I clearly saw that room 8201 was open and no one was staying, and I had to pay for it? *Then she said: Other hotels will not upgrade, but you have to pay. If you are not satisfied, don't stay here. Then, 😡 I said your service is bad, call your boss... Then she reluctantly gave me the light luxury room 8201 that I had to pay for, for fear that I would make trouble to my boss. I am afraid that I will encounter such a service attitude when I stay in the hotel in the future. *I have been talking to her for half an hour and I am angry and tired.

I left my ID card in the room, and the beautiful woman at the front desk immediately called me and arranged for an errand boy to give it to me. Not to mention that the hardware conditions of the hotel are already good, but simply because of its soft power, it immediately outperforms its competitors.
