Although it takes around 10 minutes walk to the closet metro station, supporting employees and great conditions of the room still providing a great living experience in this hotel!

It was a very nice hotel. Really enjoyed our stay there. Good customer service.

It was perfect for us for a short stay, we had an appointment nearby, so the location was perfect for us. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. We had a deluxe room and everything was very nice and clean.

Price performance OK

Set just a short walk from the Franz Nuemann U Bahn, we really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. And only 20 mins from Alexanderplatz on U8 so an ideal base for visiting the city centre. 24/7 helpful reception and generally 4 star facilities despite 3 star rating. Would stay here again without hesitation

Good place, safe neighbour hood. Easy access to Central city. Hotel staffs are good. Cleanliness good. Amneties are good. Except buffet breakfast. Monotonous menu, not much items. Only suitable for europeans and not for asian. No egg stations

I was VERY unhappy. Arrived at 1 am after a LOOONG day. Parking: horrible. Check-in was a nightmare, possibly the worst I had on the tour. Fell asleep - to be woken by the front desk guy asking if he could charge my credit card. At 2 pm. Come on. The card was charged days later, brutally overcharged. Sorry guys, I have enough.

What an awful experience!!! I booked a room for a friend who checked in at 9pm, and had to until almost 1am to be allocated a room. It is an absolute disgrace. When checking in he was told there was no room for him, even though we had received an email from the hotel about the booking. After a lengthy telephone call with the front desk, they finally confirmed they had found the booking, but still made the guest wait THREE HOURS before being given a room on the 6th floor. They definitely need to brush up on their customer service skills!

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights with a group. The staff, especially in the restaurant and breakfast room, were extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean, but not very inviting due to the floor tiles in the entrance area. The mattresses were much too hard in my opinion, so I slept badly. (This is of course a very personal assessment, but a request at reception to perhaps put a soft pad on the mattress was not met - without any response). The breakfast was excellent. Everything was there and of good quality, which is not necessarily a given in a 3* hotel.

The hotel was clean, tidy and had very friendly staff. A large breakfast room with a terrace and a high-quality breakfast rounded off the positive impression. The hotel is not centrally located, but this is compensated for by the frequent buses (120 and 128) to the subways at Leopoldplatz or Osloer Strasse. Bus 128 has a direct connection to the main train station.

I visited my little son (5) over the weekend with his father, who was staying there for two weeks on business. We were very satisfied. For an additional charge, everything was prepared for us... including an extra folding bed for our child... The staff even sent us my lost earring and headphones. Really super nice... The room was big and spacious, I just missed a fridge... that would be nice, especially in the summer and when you're staying for a longer period of time. The breakfast was really great too, especially the little cheese rolls were a dream. Only the fruit didn't look very fresh anymore... But all in all, great👍🏻

There are many hotels in Berlin - but if you want to find an attractive hotel in the Tegel / Reinickendorf / Wittenau area, you'll have to look for a while. The Victor's Residenz-Hotel is an attractive mid-range hotel with pluses: - clean, modern, spacious, quiet rooms - great shower and bathroom - affordable underground parking at €15 per night - breakfast OK - friendly staff and minuses: - "new", sustainable cleaning concept: dirty dishes were not changed several times - hotel bar only open until 11 p.m. or not at all, then drinks (due to lack of a minibar) only available from the coin machine in the lobby (bottle of beer, for example, €4). All in all, recommended due to a lack of alternatives in this area.

The room was very run down, with worn furniture. Renovation was more than necessary! At the door, a massive crack from the ceiling to the floor immediately glared at us. In front of the main entrance stood a group of slightly drunk hotel guests with beer bottles and beer cans who spent half the night talking and burping very loudly. The room was very loud, right on a main road. And then they tried to charge us twice the amount of the bill... Serious is something else.... Kind regards, the Heppe/Fink family 111
