Nice and comfy room, hotel staff were friendly. Location was good, 30min drive to airport. Breakfast choice was not too much but good enough for a healthy breakfast.

This time I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Nanshan Avenue. The hotel is very good! Beautiful and neat! The customer service at the front desk is very helpful, especially Tina. I really appreciate her! I came from Hong Kong and needed to stay one night to apply for a Chinese Driving License. Shenzhen Vehicle Management office must need me to get an accommodation registration form. Tina tried her best to help me make this registration form. Will definitely stay in Hilton again next time. Thank you so much Tina and Hilton

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Shenzen for a short weekend getaway and overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and modern amenities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby area was also nicely decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. However, there was one major disappointment - the breakfast. Unfortunately, the selection was limited and the food quality was not up to par. The continental breakfast spread was lacking in variety, with only a few pastries and cereals available. and the coffee was ununavailable Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel to others. The good far outweighs the bad, and I would consider staying here again in the future. Just be prepared for a mediocre breakfast experience.

Had a good long weekend stay at this hotel. Love the spacious room, very friendly and professional staff. Easy access to various shopping areas.

It comes to my notice that it's a very nice hotel with 4 stars rating, It gave me surprise a very good efficiency for checking however, she provided a double beds rooms to me instead. She made me a little unhappy feeling for not details checking my request before hand. Nevertheless, I found the room kept in very good looking but without providing a basket of fruit to me as promised before for my happy birthday. Not at all, I still very happy with my honey in this two days. Finally, I would like to say very appreciated the performance of two guys whom gave me a very helpful while I call the mobile taxi to take me to other positions, thanks you very much for the good guys. It's really a good man of your hotel, proud ifyours having such a good senior to serve us
