Hygiene is not good, rubbish and sand on the floor and the floor looks oily. The first room is full of smoking smell. We changed another room.

Hard to find at first, but once you know the way, it is very convenient. Location is great, next to KKone mall and residential area of locals. Less than 10 minutes walk to MRT station. Great view of SZ skyline from the room, will stay again.

Great location (just make sure you communicate at arrival to find the entrance next to KKone). The room is functional, modern, very clean. There’s a kitchen corner but without equipment except for a water boiler and two cups. I asked for a room with a washing machine which worked great.

Was extended my stay here for 5 night at last during the trip. The location is surrounded with KK one shopping mall, lot of foods stall, 300 walking distance to XIASHA Metro Station. Room was clean and the thumb up given to the helpdesk and service crew, easy to keep in touch with them during the stay by using Wechat and also they patient for every request made. It's definitely worth the price. 这公寓酒店的位置很方便，KK ONE 广场就在附近，临近还有很多小吃， 美食店铺。步行几百米就能到达下沙地铁站。入住期间谢谢工作人员耐心的协助， 通过微信就能联系他们超便捷。
