The location is very nice, right next to KK mall. Checking in room on 96/F, overseeing the amazing view of Shenzhen CBD. First we was arrange to room 1801, but we are staying to celebrate valentine day, we would like to have the bath top next to window. The butler, Alice arranged to us to stay at the room and informed price detail for upgrading. The process was smooth, we switched to different room within 10 mins, meanwhile we took some stunning pictures with those turndown amenities. After dinner at KK mall, we experienced the gym and swimming pool on 75/F, everything is so 5 stars, water and towel can be access easily. Morning buffet on 95/F offered many different options , western pastry to Chinese noodle bar and so on. We had some delicious eggs. The overall experience was great, even the hotel generously offered us a late check out at 4pm. I love the kindness of those staff and St.Regis brand name.

I had an incredible stay at the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen for my business trip. The executive suites exceeded my expectations, and I was amazed by the exceptional hospitality provided by Jeffrey, the manager, and his team. We had three rooms booked for our group, and we're eagerly anticipating our next visit. Today's newly opened hotel, I was very lucky to choose this one. The location is very convenient. It is opposite to Luohu Vientiane City. There are many special snacks and attractions around. It is a few minutes away from Dongmen Old Street. The main reason is that the hotel is newly renovated, very clean and hygienic. The style is simple and generous. The room was clean and tidy. The giant screen projection in the room is simply too satisfying, and the mobile phone projection screen is so cool. When I checked in, the hotel staff was very attentive and would guide guests to the lounge area to drink free milk tea, coffee, fruit, and health tea. Let me have a different experience in Shenzhen as a foreign tourist. I personally feel that the price is quite high. I look forward to coming to Shenzhen next time.

Location: 9/10 The hotel is located in a central location within walking distance to dongmen, kk100 and mixc and many eateries nearby. For luohu, I think it is a good location. Room: 7/10 It is relatively new and clean. Love the swivel chair that is very comfortable when working in the hotel room. However, the room lacks a safe and a fridge which are essentials that I require. Aircon takes awhile to cool down. Bed is comfortable but windows are not cleaned from inside and outside. Amenities: 9/10 the free use of washer and dryer is an attractive point to stay here. However, the gym is old and does not have a workout bench for use of the dumbbells. Breakfast is relatively simple and decent. Similar to mumianhua (5* hotel). However, it could have more western items like sausages, baked beans and ham but I understand they do cater to more domestic travellers. Overall, a decent hotel to stay at.

It's basically across the main road from wanxiang. There is a good hk style restaurant at that is good for breakfast n tea (photo), think it operates 24/7.And a few high end ones in wanxiang.... Including michelin starred ones. Rooms are OK sized. If you are not a fan of cigarette smoke, get a window room..... If not the air is quite stale in the windowless rooms..... I had to buy my own air freshener. It's about 15 mins walk to dongmen. Washing machine n dryer is free to use.

The room is very spacious and furniture inside are all new. Location of the service apartment is good, just opposite 老街 subway. The entrance of the service apartment is at the back of Bank of China. Staff are friendly and helpful. First take the lift from lobby to 28th floor, then change another lift to 30th floor (the service apartment's front desk) to check in. As this is newly built building, it is quiet at night as it's not fully occupied. There are some renovations going on in different floors and units. Not all rooms come with washing machine cum dryer, need to request from staff at front desk.

This time I found a room near the Grand Theatre subway station called Hanwen International Apartment~ Exit D of the subway goes straight for 3-5, opposite the Diwang Building, it takes 6 minutes to go to Dongmen Old Street, and it takes10-15 minutes to go to Jinguanghua. The location is very good. The most important ~ the most important is the 42 square and 1,5 meters twin room, as well as washing machine and large refrigerator, all are less than HK$350, and you can check out before 14:00, which is very good value.
